Positive: Great location, building's in great shape, nice large pool, good drinks at pool bar, beach of course!, free parking and EV charging station. The condo was renovated after I booked which was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and black out drapes assured a great night's sleep. Unit had almost everything we could have needed (didn't cook while we were there, so not sure about extent of kitchen equipment). In unit washer and dryer were nice to have.
Negative: 1. A wine opener would be a nice addition. 2. The tv has a learning curve (I guess) which we were never able to fully operate aside from regular cable. The were apps on the tv (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.) but we could not access them, even though we were trying to use our own accounts (the apps kept disappearing); detailed information on this would have been greatly appreciated. Was rather frustrating.

Negative: I didn’t like the way the staff handled the parking. I didn’t pay that amount to park across the street multiple days. Also they instructed me it would be okay to park off to the right in the parking deck. Multiple staff members stated it will be ok then I get woken up with a call from the staff stating I need to move my truck and that it’s in a fire lane like they were going to tow it! Ridiculous I confirmed with multiple staff member then have to park down the road moving all my stuff from the truck. The place is great but the consistency of instructions with staff members are not clear and ruined the remainder of my vacation. Just stunned

Positive: Ocean Walk is a fun resort, I loved the pool, lazy river, hot tubs were awesome. Security on site which was nice. People were very nice. The condo unit we stayed in was amazing. All was clean and nice and the view was amazing I thought. The owner Cindy was amazing to deal with, super nice and very helpful for the whole process. I would for sure stay again. I loved being on the 24 th floor. That was awesome. One more thing, the owner emailed clear instructions of what to do when we got there to check in. Always call the private owners direct so they can help the check in fast. We were checked in like 10 mins if that. Great time.

Positive: Awesome location and customer service.
Negative: Bed,furniture, tub all failed UV light test. Miscellaneous stains naked to the eye were extremely significant in bed. Did not use bed comforter or pillows. Wrapped all bed and pillows in towels or alternative blanket before use. Also thought it was oceanfront not ocean view from front of building. A bit deceptive when booking. Should probably change title.
