This luxurious property is located at one of the highest points on the island overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy unparalleled sunsets over the western horizon and an in-ground swimming pool. The outdoor living space has plenty of lounging areas, a fire pit, horseshoe pit, cutting & herb garden and a commanding wraparound deck. Interior features large Great Room living, dining and kitchen with vaulted ceilings & fireplace, 3 master suites and den with queen sleeper sofa. Second Great Room on lower level features a full sized wet bar. Entertainment area includes full size pool table, shuffleboard, pingpong, arcade game, darts & 55" flat screen TV. Off entertainment area 1 queen bedroom and 2nd bedroom that sleeps 4 & share full bath. Sleeps max 14 guests.

Summary: The property is amazing! We were looking for something with a lot of shared space with our own bedrooms and bathrooms. It was a corporate team retreat. The house has a great set up and it is out of the hustle of downtown. A perfect fit for what we were looking for.

Summary: We had a spectacular time. The location is unique, and that it’s interior island, but way up on a hill with California style views of the water. The house is set up well for four couples and then lots of kids downstairs. We actually had for couples and three adult children. I would recommend this house to my friends and other families.

Summary: We were a group of 11, adults and teens. The house was so perfect for our group as the teens had the whole bottom floor to chill, play games and go back and forth to the pool. The bedrooms in the second floor allowed for privacy and separate bathrooms. Really ideal space for being outside and enjoying one another. The kitchen is fully loaded which helped with our meal preparation. Distance to town was fine. The pool was a spectacular feature for Block Island, especially in June when the water is cool on the beach. We hope to get back to this wonderful home and make more memories!

Summary: THE PICTURES DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE! We have been to MANY vacation destinations and stayed in various VRBOS and this was hands down one of the nicest locations. The property manager was a joy to work with and check in-check out process was seamless! Will be staying again, without a doubt!

Summary: We recently spent a week at this amazing property. It was a multigenerational family vacation that included adults, teens, and one small child. We didn’t need to venture far to keep everyone entertained. The heated pool and large game room were a hit for all ages. The large, well stocked kitchen and grill made it easy to have meals at the house while we watched incredible sunsets from the back deck. The house was meticulously clean and even more beautiful than the pictures. Nothing about this home or our stay was average. It was simply amazing and we look forward to going back.

Summary: Stayed here with a group of family & friends and cannot say enough about how stunning the views from this house are! The property rental manager was very accommodating. Each room on the main living area has it's own bathroom which is ideal for almost any group type. Kitchen has everything you need and there are multiple spaces throughout the house and on the wrap around deck to have your meals against a breathtaking backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean. The only things to note that were not ideal: cell phone service was very spotty so plan for that, some of the beds are more comfortable then others, and plan to have some sort of vehicle rented (or brought on the Ferry) because it is on a more secluded part of the Island. This was our first time on Block Island and we are so grateful to have stayed in such an amazing house! Overall I highly recommend- you will not be disappointed!

Summary: Villakula was the perfect summer escape for our family of 13 ranging in ages from 5-70. The entire property inside and out is beautiful and well appointed. Block Island itself is full of activity for any outdoor enthusiast. However, you barely need to leave the comforts of your house to enjoy all the island has to offer. Sweeping ocean views, amazing sunsets, swimming, yard games and easy access to the island trail system right out the back door. Plenty to keep all ages and interests occupied. If you’re looking to relax and unwind, this is the place for you!
