Summary: The apartment is in a private compound that felt very secure. The large swimming pool is excellent. A quiet beach is not far away. An issue for us was that the main bedroom is in a loft that gets quite warm. Air conditioning is only available during July and August due to the cost of electricity.

Summary: The property was a good size and well located. A short walk from the nearest beach and. A short drive to shops and restaurants. We went out of season so a lot of the town was closed but I’m sure in summer there are a few more places to eat in walking distance. There were just a couple of other properties sharing a nice big pool area. It was obviously closed when we went in February but I’m sure would be great in summer. The house was well stocked but the only source of heating was a log burner. There was a/c units in the property but the owners had disabled them due to electric costs presumably. So the house was pretty cold and a lot of fuss to light the fire for the little heat it threw out. In the summer months this wouldn’t be an issue but if visiting in winter months bear in mind it will be cold.

Summary: The house is in a quiet and close to nature area, also in walking distance to the next village. It's a short walk away from a wild and beautiful beach. The interior of the house is tasteful done and it has a cosy atmosphere . You find everything you need and the kitchen is well equipped. We had our private garden with seating and access to the pool area, which we couldn't use due to the winter season. Teresa, the owner, is a very lovely and helpful person, who's there for you, if you have any questions or need help with something. We are hoping to return soon, cause we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Summary: What a fantastic place! The casitas are perfect...dark wood and Spanish style fittings with plenty of space. A good kitchen and Teresa provided us with extra amenities if needed like a hairdryer! The setting of the casita is stunning...lovely gardens and a fab shared pool. 15 mins walk to a few lush restaurants and only 300 mts to the stunning Mangueta beach. We will definitely be returning with our two small children who could not have enjoyed their holiday more!

Summary: Lovely 2 storey property with plenty of timber features and a great insert log burner which we used for atmosphere as the property is well insulated and didnt really need heating. Its one of four properties so ideal in the Autumn months when the place is quieter and apart from a weekend booking we had the plave to ourselves. The owner is charming and very positively minded to guests comfort, our toaster was broken on our arrival and wihin minutes she magicked up a brand new one. Hot water takes a while to come through and was non existent at all in the kitchen through our stay but thats the only negative and we would stay again. Plenty of great bars and restaurants either walking distance or a few mins away by car and a supermarket at the camp site which was like Arkwrights and sold everything including four candles. Beautiful 40 minute walk along the beach to the Cabo de Trafalgar lighthouse where there is a great surfers bar open year round ( we think). Stephen and Katherine Amore
