With a spacious terrace of 140 sqm with heated pool without vis-à-vis, it is surrounded by a plot of 2500 m². This outdoor area and pool are private and reserved exclusively for the use of tenants.
You will have a kitchen of 22 m ² entirely equipped, opened on a nice stay of 68 m ², with a direct access on the terrace and on a veranda by big bay windows.

Summary: The property is huge. Very spacious, four bedrooms, and a large bathroom. Lovely terrace surrounding a great pool. There were loads of things to do - table tennis, pool, air hockey etc to keep the teens happy even in poor weather. The host also makes custom game cabinets so we played a lot of pinball. Lesmont is a lovely little village 30 minutes from Troyes, surrounded by arable farms. There is a well-stocked supermarket 10km away. We had a really nice break and would definitely stay here again

Summary: Positives: Property was clean. Pool was a good size, was clean, warm and kids loved it. Place was well equipped with cooking equipment. Tables and chairs were great to seat us all for dinner inside and out. Pool table and table football and darts and badminton were fun. Kids seemed comfortable in their beds. Showers were good in bathroom Outside area got sun all day and was a pleasure to sit in. Negatives: No appreciation on arrival that we needed a drink and a few minutes to use the bathroom before long explanation of property rules and functions of equipment. One mattress was uncomfortable in the bedroom off the living room. Water features outside, air hockey table, media system, waterfall over the pool were not working. Bunk beds being awkward to access for older children. Unable to fathom how lights in main lounge could be switched off, which was a bit annoying at night, likewise the lights on a sensor in the bedroom corridor were also a pain. Pictures suggest that there are sails over the seating area but they are no longer there. Additionally, the hammock is no longer present. On the whole it was in a good location as was in easy reach of lakes, theme park, supermarket and Troyes. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Summary: Very much enjoyed our stay (grandparents, parents and toddlers). Nice heated pool, huge garden, plenty of games/recreation facilities indoors and outside. Particularly suited to active kids or young adults, but those who just wish to relax by the pool will also be well satisfied. Interior somewhat quirky. Shortage of comfortable easy chairs indoors and only two WC (we were only 8, but said to accommodate 12); and one of the two bathrooms is the en suite to master bedroom. 2 broken umbrellas and broken basin tap were not rectified during our stay (apparently damage from immediately preceding tenants). Beds and linen adequate but by no means luxurious. (Note that some of the beds are in bunk formation). Not really enough tea/coffee mugs (as opposed to little coffee cups) or cereal/dessert bowls for a full house. Otherwise, plentiful pots and pans etc. Peaceful location, convenient for the lakes, Nigloland or Troyes (but nothing much actually on the doorstep). Nice bread from village bakery. Supermarkets and a couple of OK restaurants in Brienne (10 mins drive). Friendly owners, eager to please.

Summary: House is exactly as described. Every luxury you could want in a holiday home. Pool was amazing and the aircon was a lifesaver in the hot weather. There were 4 bedrooms which was plenty for our two families. Hosts were excellent and very friendly.

Summary: It was a lovely place to stay for a week, a short drive to shops and only a short 20 minute drive or so to the main town. Fantastic big pool with excellent all round space for BBQ’s. Owners were welcoming and despite me not speaking any french we communicated :-) In the end the children despite the language barrier played together in the large back garden and loved it. The owners couldn’t do enough for us and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Thank you Nathalie and your family for making us feel so welcome.
