Summary: ⭐️ 1 Star — Unacceptable Conditions I would not recommend staying here. The room was in poor condition upon arrival. There was visible mold on the air vent, dirty baseboards, and what appeared to be a used towel left hanging in the shower from a previous guest. The bathtub was grimy with debris, and the door had stains and marks all over it. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable and honestly concerning for health reasons. I expected a basic, clean stay, but this felt neglected and unsanitary. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses these issues for future guests.

Summary: There is no air conditioning thermostat to control temperature so the room was stuffy and hot at times. When I asked it the temperature could be turned down it was suggested I open my window. There is no channel guide for the TV and when I went to change channels I had to press down really hard. I had no idea there was a free breakfast until I walked into the lobby the morning I was leaving. The construction going on limited the amount of parking spaces. The staff was somewhat friendly but not always available. So it was overall just "meh"

Summary: The trip overall was okay but the hotel had roaches it had a shower faucet that just didn’t turn off so in the morning the whole floor was wet. There was people yelling in the rooms, like if they were doing surgery or something in there

Summary: Found a dead cockroach when checking in to the room, I showed the picture to the staff, he offered to change to another room. However, another one was found later on. I ended up went to Target to get a bugs spray can & used it all over the room. Late that night 1 of staff came to check on us after my brother showed him the picture of the 2nd bug. The next morning, another live long creature was found in bathroom 😬😲 . Too bad that both pictures are deleted from my camera. This is the 1st experience to our family in the past 50yrs when we booked hotels while vacationing in US as well as in other countries.

Summary: Look, it’s fine for a night or two in a pinch. But the rooms need a serious update. There are holes and scuffs all over the drywall. The building is just old and outdated. Uncomfortable mattress, old towels. Not the end of the world, but definitely not worth the price. It felt safe and was very clean in spite of being dated.

Summary: It was okay but on Saturdays my husband went to office told them not to clean our room cause there was no sign to hang on door when we got back our room was clean and one of my sweat smelt like there cleaning supplies so i couldnt were it due to my allergies
