Beautiful 2 bedroom +loft condo in Val Vista Lakes area of Gilbert AZ, the condo complex is centrally located within walking distance to Dana Park shopping complex giving you easy access to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. The complex is located only minutes from the growing downtown Gilbert restaurants and Saturday Farmers Market! The condos are just across the street from the Val Vista Lakes Beach Club, offering two heated pools right on the lake, full tennis club, racquetball, gym and sandy beach pool with waterfall that is perfect for the kids! The condo has a main floor master bedroom and bathroom with an upstairs bedroom, bathroom and loft area. Both the loft and the living room provide sleeper sofas making this a great condo for accommodating many. Additional features include tall vaulted ceilings, AC, outdoor mister system and tons of charm! All brand new furniture, beds, and bedding in 2019. The condo complex have their own great pool, hot tub and covered gathering area. The Beach Club also offers two additional resort style pools and a hot tub.
What do we love about this place? It is such a pretty area of Gilbert. Val Vista Lakes is a master planned community, it is very green and all the lakes are pretty. We love the convenient location and access to the freeways and all the shopping near by. Dana Park is so close and offers a specialty grocery store, many restaurant options and other fun shops. The condos are also only a few minutes away from the growing and booming Downtown Gilbert area. We love the condo because if feels more like a resort than a condo. The Beach Club offers so many additional amenities, there is plenty of parking and everyone we meet is so nice! You will meet many people from all over coming to the area to enjoy the sunshine.

Summary: We truly enjoyed this property. It was extremely well furnished and had a home like atmosphere We have stayed at five previous condos at Val Vista. This was by far our favorite.

Summary: Very nice, well stocked condo in a great location. Excellent communication from owners. Only downsides were getting used to street noise and closure of heated pool for maintenance, over which the owners had no control. There is another unheated pool and hot tub that we enjoyed. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: We had a great time and the location was fantastic. The owners were great to work with. We had a problem with the water heater and they went above and beyond to find someone to fix it the same day. Any request we had were dealt with right away. There were a couple of things we didn't know when we booked, the condo pool was not heated and the sand beach pool was under construction the whole winter. I think that should of been disclosed ahead of us booking. Overall we had a great trip.

Summary: Upon arrival property was very clean. Kitchen very well equipped most of which was new. Had what appeared to be new bedding, towels etc. Provided Youtube tv, and netflix at no cost to us. Provided abundance of paper towels, soap, toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Within a mile of shopping area, grocery store and restaurants. Owners incredible and very very good to work with. Don't plan to return to Ariz. but if we were this property would be at the top of our list.
