Positive: Beautiful location in the national park. Very quite and peaceful with lovely countryside views Property very well kept and furnished Clean and tidy with everything we needed The jacuzzi was lovely Easy drive to amazing beach

Negative: There was a large dog on the property who would show up looking for food. He was friendly and seemed ok. Might be an issue if you don't like dogs.

Positive: The peaceful cabin was just perfect for our family of four. The rural location was private yet with the convenience of only a 5 minute drive to the shops in the town and 15 minutes to the beautiful beaches of the Arrabida. The cabin was clean, nicely finished and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The owners went above and beyond. I really liked the fact that they stocked the fridge with bottled water, milk, cheese, fresh eggs, bread, jams, fruit, coffee, tea and even a bottle of local wine. After spending the day travelling, not having to go out looking for a local shop for food was so nice. We could just arrive and relax. That small little detail on arrival just makes the difference between a good experience and a great one. Would definitely recommend.

Negative: The jacuzzi could have been warmer for use on colder nights

Positive: Very well equiped wooden chalet with lovely view towards the countryside .It would get a higher rating if it was properly marked with signage.After driving down a narrow unmade track there was no sign with name of property only a dead end sign with another property sign .After 3 calls to owner a very helpful and charming lady appeared from the track marked dead end and she showed us . The owners have clearly designed the chalet very well with no expense spared and everything was almost new .The shower was excellent and the lounge comfortable .Ideal for 2 adults and 1 child as its not very big inside.However gardens and area very attractive with orange grove etc .Woulld return .
