Positive: The house was in a quiet area so you could relax at night, but close enough to shops and access to the city centre to be convenient. The house was clean and comfortable with good facilities.

Negative: I would prefer an adjustable shower head - the shower worked fine, it's just a personal preference. The small back bedroom didn't seem to have any electric sockets. This wasn't a massive problem, but it would be good to have some access to sockets in there.

Summary: Good location and a tidy, comfortable house.

Positive: Very spacious and clean. We got lost and communication was great from host. Lovely takeaway Indian restaurant just around the corner. Very close to town and ample parking.

Negative: The boiler in the back bedroom was a little noisy at night when trying to sleep on the first night.

Positive: It was very clean and homely. It had everything we needed. The information booklet was really useful and I loved that there was essentials like tea bags and shampoo etc there, as we arrived late in the evening.

Positive: The property was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, pans etc. Nice, small garden to sit in too. Parking was easy and was easy to get the bus to town.

Negative: Everything worked, but the bathroom could be updated, with a more powerful shower.

Summary: Good value property with plenty of room.

Positive: Very well appointed with good facilities, lovely kitchen, nice to have little outside space to enjoy sun

Negative: Area could have been a bit better. Thermostat set to 28 when arrived so boiling. Only one thermostat downstairs, no thermostat valves on radiators so heating either on or off . Bedroom so hot needed open window but neighbors bit noisy so needed earplugs. One loo bit of challenge for 5, stairs precarious at night so leave light on. Please update the instructions- no longer gas oven and how to use coffee machine would be handy
