Summary: Very spacious comfortable room, aircon not working properly on a very hot day. Staff were excellent, attentive, polite and friendly. Excellent choice at breakfast, (£15pp) good quality food, but so-so coffee. Bar meal expensive for what we got, Mezze platter tasty but not a lot for the £20+ we paid. Gorgeous.grounds and views. Plenty of parking. Facilities great if you use them, pool, gym, golf. Great location just off M4. We had a vey good rate so it was very good vfm.

Summary: My stay was okay. The room is clean and spacious. I am not happy with their response to my request on early check-in. I sent a mail to them requesting for an early check-in around 1pm. They acknowledged my mail and told me they will review and see the possibility . Nobody got back to me and my request was not granted. They should have provided feedback to enable me improvise

Summary: It was a 2 night stay for a birthday. We were so impressed with everything at the Vale resort. The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were excellent and the room was very nice. One of my favourite hotels I’ve stayed at

Summary: Overall it was a nice hotel and nice resort. The room was large and very clean. Our only issue was we were on the ground floor even though we were not part of the events. Due to being a popular wedding venue there was a wedding each day. The corridors were loud until 3-4am each day. We struggled to sleep most evenings. We recommend, if you are going to stay request for a room away from wedding guests.
