Positive: Lovely and really friendly staff, pool, room was clean.
Negative: Firstly this was my problem, that I didn’t do great research about the place. This more like camping homes in village. Your room without windows only doors to go outside, and of course there was such a awful smell in the room, cause there’s no ventilation. You hear everything what’s going on at your neighbors, so my neighbors were fitting all night and the had a party next night, so there was no great rest. Next thing in the morning there’s no hot water, you can’t take shower. The room was clean, but on bed was blanket with hole, and in the room there’s no mini fridge, kettle or simple vanity stuff for a minimal comfort and the towels seem really not great condition. The breakfast were very poor and limited, no choice for food or drinks. I think that’s not even close to 4 star staying, i’ve been in Sicily in four different hotels with 4 stars, and there’s nothing like that. Is more like village house stay for 2 stars. Not for that momey value. The place is really nice and supervised so if make some improvements it could be really great place.
Summary: Not 4 star value staying.

Positive: The spirit of this place is simply unique and different from most of the others. The resort location and atmosphere are in harmony with nature and the surrounding beauty of Sicily. The uniqueness of the place is, however, made by the hospitality of the resort staff who treat their guest like their own family members. It was an incredible experience full of harmony and humanity.
