Positive: The tvs were all 65 and above everything was clean the pool was clean I have no complaints!! We was literally 3minutes from the outlet mall that had 8 clubs/bars connected Walmart is 7 minutes it was a steal !! And the owner will work with you and your need super helpful

Positive: The location of the house was near Camelback Stadium. We enjoyed the backyard seating area and patio. The den and TV room was comfortable. It was a nice size kitchen.
Negative: Here are some suggestions for improvement: Advertise the pool as not heated, we could not use it, and the waterfall is broken. Clean the grill and provide propane Provide a functioning charcoal grill - this one had no air vents Don’t show the outside fire pit as it’s not usable Provide more plates, bowls and small pots in the kitchen Fix refrigerator ice maker- it makes ice but can’t dispense it Provide better mattresses- these are foam based that retain heat Provide more towel sets Advertise that all the bedrooms are upstairs
Summary: This was an adequate house but not exceptional for our stay. It was not a high value for money paid. We will not rent
