Summary: Nice and clean apartment right at beach. Owner was very helpful, suggesting us hypermarkets, wine growing estates and shopping malls around. Everything was as in description. Apartment is at quiet area, where was not many people at the beach and in surrounding areas, so nobody will try to sell you somtething. I'm my opinion apartment is suitable for 2 grown-up's + 1 or 2 childen, not 2+2 grown-ups.
