Summary: Needs updating! Carpet in room looked like it hadn't been changed or cleaned in eons. Rainfall shower dripped even when not in use. Either burn marks or something was stuck on multiple pieces of furniture.

Summary: Hotel was lovely. Restaurant and bars were very nice and had a good vibe. Rooms were nice and clean. Dog was allowed everywhere so could sit in restaurant at dinner etc. would return if staying in Rotterdam. Bus stop very close to hotel, so good transport links to the centre.

Summary: Comfortable hotel, stayed multiple times, mixed overall, as service can be so so and sometimes room is run down. This time everything was a good standard although front desk staff are still not the friendliest, but helpful if needed.

Summary: My room overlooked the hotel entrance and people ie smokers would congregate outside at 2.00am and talk loudly. Really annoying and this would happen again at 6.00am
