Summary: Very unique and beautiful hotel. The only thing that let the staff down was their demeanour- I didn't meet a friendly staff member during my time there. Found it odd that you couldn't get towels at the spa, so we ran short of towels in our room. Good distance to centre of town. Large hill to be mindful of hard if walking. Car park is tiny and very difficult to get in and out of. But seriously stunning hotel. Breakfast looked amazing, a real orange juice machine, the cold foods had dry ice keeping them cool, great selection. But extremely busy chef- one guy for a weekend, and the hot food was often empty.

Summary: Bad points - they don’t give you towels at the pool. You have to take towel from bedroom - shower gel had run out - one of the toilet flushes was broken - the air conditioning was noisy and only on one setting was it quiet. - the gym and breakfast only start at 7am. For a business man I want to get to the gym early and have an early breakfast. Why not 24hour gym? Most hotels do. Just close thr pool if insurance is the issue Good points - some staff were pleasant. ( reception and chef). Bar staff were not so good - the breakfast was very good including a nice custom made omelet - nice looking hotel with style

Summary: This is the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel . This is an excellent hotel & staff , service, beds and location are fantastic. It’s right in the center of the city which makes it easy to walk to everything .
