Positive: The staff in the reception was very friendly and helpful with our luggage. Breakfast was really plentiful and delicious. The restaurant very cosy and the food plentiful.

Negative: The cleaning ladies did a poor job. No spare toilet paper, a very unlucky thing during the night if you need some, very quick cleaning of the room sometimes without vacuum cleaning. Could do much better.

Positive: Very kind staff, especially during the breakfast. The breakfast, with a wide range of choice, is served in the restaurant which is nice.

Negative: We stayed in a separated building without knowing in advance. It was not a big deal for us but it could be uncomfortable in winter time. In addition, they were doing building renovation and they started working at 7:15 a.m. with a lot of noise and no notice. Room cleanliness could be improved.

Positive: Very nice hotel, beautiful restaurant and the staff is extremely helpful. The shower is absolutely enjoyable!

Negative: Beds are too soft.
