Positive: Location, price, and the unit was beautiful., even down to the decor. BEAUTIFUL, The view was Breath Taking. We will definitely be back!!!
Negative: It took us about an hr to get in. There was a problem with our door code. The staff was excellent in resolving the issue as quickly as possible. Thx to the lady who answered my call. She got on it quickly and didn't hang up until we were inside the unit.

Positive: The room layout was perfect. I really appreciated the fully stocked cleaning supplies and kitchen utensils. The location is great for a nice quiet stay, it seemed like everyone was of retirement age, with a retirement home literally across from the property. So that made us younger people feel odd, the other elderly people looked at us (middle aged couple with a 15 years old son) as if we weren't supposed to be there.
Negative: To start, the instructions to enter the building were completely wrong, we had no idea how to enter the building we were trying several doors and then finally called customer service who was absolutely no help, they continued to tell us to enter the code as if we never tried to enter the code, somehow someway we finally got in, not a good experience to start with. I hope you enjoy getting up with the sun because there are no curtains at all only blinds which, drove me insane the entire time because with the slightest touch while trying to open them several of the blinds would fall off. It was impossible to sleep in because the sun would rise in you window directly and bake you in your bed at 5:30 in the morning while on vacation was not a good experience. Even if you had a sleep mask the sun was warming up the room to where I was about to sweat in bed. Now if you plan to enjoy the pool and catch some sun by the pool you have very limited time to do so as by noon the entire pool area is covered in shade from the hotel itself along with the ocean. If you do go by the pool and get some sun before it's completely shaded out, there are no tables with umbrellas or shading at all, so while I was tanning my husband had literally nowhere to sit and relax, without getting completely fried in the Sun. On the keys provided for the beach access, one of the key tag things kept falling off which has me worried the whole time that we were going to lose something.
Summary: Great location for elderly people, as they enjoy waking up at the same time as the sun comes up.

Negative: I called because door didn't lock on the balcony. I was told they would have someone up in the morning to fix. No one ever came. Floors were dirty, I spelled ice on the floor, when I picked it up with a paper towel it was black. Floors were dirty. I paid almost 200.00 for cleaning and it was dirty.
