Spacious and bright, the apartment is located in a quiet but well served area where you can easily reach shops, supermarkets, bars, ice cream shops and restaurants.
The flat is located on the first floor of a building of 6 units, newly restored internally and externally.
Comfortable and quiet, the apartment is our usual summer house. Equipped with heating and air conditioning, the flat consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, kitchen, dining room, terrace and living room with sofa bed.

Summary: The apartment is quiet, spacious, well equipped and located perfectly near to beach, supermarkets, water bus station and centre of lido. Stefano, the owner, gave us a warm welcome and lots of information on arrival. We would have appreciate it, if the basic kitchen stuff (like salt, pepper, oil... toilet paper) would have been maintained. Unfortunately, the booking doesn`t include towels and bed linen.

Summary: We liked the apartment (it was spacious, clean, comfortable, and sunny) and the host, Stefano, who was friendly, helpful, and easily accessible. The apartment building is very nice (however, guests who are light sleepers, may consider bringing ear plugs to block noise from neighbors' TV), and the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant.

Summary: Very clean and bright apartment in a wonderful location. We had five people in the apartment and it worked perfectly for all of us. Stefano is very nice and accommodating with our arrival and departure schedules. I would definitely stay in this apartment again. Thank you Stefano!

Summary: The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. It is very near to the beach and near to the Vaporetto-Station, so you can enjoy both, the city and the sea. Everything is perfect – and the landlords are very nice. There is no better place for Venice!

Summary: Tha kitchen is modern however lacking in the basics such as microwave kettle toaster furthermore the only crockery provided was three children's disney mugs and coffee cups which were chipped.The towels which were not included in the price were also of a poor standard and less than a half a toilet roll was provided.The dvd player did not work and was not fixed inspite of us asking .In fact the owner arranged to call in the afternoon to which we agreed and instead arrived at 10 in the morning whuch was most unsuitable. I think the owners should consider these complaints as it is a very good apartment and these issues could be easily rectified with little expense.

Summary: At the beginning of march we spent and enjoyed a long weekend in Stefano´s Apartment. The flat is clean, tidy and big enough for at least two adults and two childs. It was also well equiped and we only needed to buy basic Food, e.g. salt,sugar,coffee etc. We were quite lucky with the beautiful weather, we were able spent time on Lido and it was easy for us to get quite fast to Venice with the Vaporetto. Stefano and his wife were very friendly and guided us perfectly. To sum this rave-review up I have to say that I can only recommend Stefano´s Apartment and it was as good as we expected it to be or even better!

Summary: We stayed here for a week at the end of September. The location - a gentle stroll from the vaporetto - is in a quiet street on Lido. Also the beach is less than 10 minutes walk, and the main shopping and restaurant street also less than 10 minutes away. Centre of Venice a 20 minute boat ride. It is perfect staying on Lido as you have all the benefits of Venice - sights, food, etc but can get away to the peace of Lido. We spent mornings exploring and mid afternoons on the beach followed by evenings sitting on the balcony. All very good. The apartment is well equipped and good facilities Just a couple of quibbles - This is the first time we have stayed at any rented property (and we have stayed at many!) where there was no loo paper provided. We did have some with us - just in case - but the rental is not low and we thought this rather disappointing. Also often we have on arrival had a small welcome pack - milk, tea bags, cleaning stuffs - but nothing. So this was disappointing. I would definitely recommend the location, and the apartment if I could be sure that these minimum provisions were provided!

Summary: Our family of two adults and two children had 2 wonderful weeks in this apartment from July,6 till July,18. The flat is really cozy, clean, well equipped. We could cook our own meals . The location is excellent, it took us 5 minutes to get to the beach and 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket. The waterbus station is also not far from the flat, so it wasn`t difficult for us to have a trip to Venice almost every day. There was no problem with internet. Stefano was very friendly and hospitable.
