Positive: Service and cleanliness were very poor. Would not recommend. The address is difficult to find, the apartment is not cozy, no central heating, very cold, poor soundproofing (I kept hearing neighbors and some kind of incessant humming....). While the air conditioner is working on heating - you can be in the room, when you turn it off at night - after half an hour it becomes cold and uncomfortable. It is impossible to leave the air conditioner on all night - it is noisy and dries the air. I had to sleep in the cold, which is why I got sick. The air conditioner does not retain heat for long, and it would be possible for the owner to put in an oil heater for this purpose. The windows overlook a forest plantation and even in sunny weather the apartment is dark during the day… There is a lot of dust in the room, there is no comforter cover on the bed, and you have to sleep between two sheets and a dirty blanket. This is unhygienic, and this was done in 2-star hotels about 10 years ago..... The toilet is terribly cold, the shower needs repair and normal cleaning (the shower stall is very dirty and there is someone else's hair), there is mold and a lot of dirty plaque. There are no hooks for towels, nor is there a hook for outerwear in the hallway. Samples of cosmetics for showering were enough for 2 time, although the accommodation was booked for 4 nights... The bathroom smells strongly of cigarette smoke as there is a window that leads to the elevator shaft. It was impossible to take a shower... The smell spread to the whole apartment((
Negative: The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, dishes, appliances. But the dishes are very dirty, cups in the tea deposits, cutlery in the remnants of food, glasses are greasy. There is only one kitchen towel, and it smells bad (I had to wash it by hand). It is not enough to dry dishes that were washed by hand (the dishwasher does not work!)… The oven is dirty, there are no tablets for the dishwasher (well, I took my own just in case...). There is dishwashing detergent, but no clean disposable dishwashing sponge. There is one lying by the trash can downstairs, but I wouldn't risk using it because it's unclear what was washed with it before........ Coffee pods are not enough for the number of days of stay, there is no basic (no cutting board, no pepper, spices, oil). If you will use the induction stove - you need to turn off other appliances, because the power of the wiring is not enough and the light goes out. The owner is asking for sorted trash, with a dumpster of unsorted bags of trash under the house and on the corner by the church. It's weird, but I did it. On the very first night the dishwasher broke down and I spent 1.5 hours cleaning up puddles instead of resting from the hard road and having dinner... Instead of relaxing, I spent 1 day solving problems!.... On the plus side, good internet and friendly owner. Comfortable pillows and a good bed, two air conditioners for heating. There is a metro station and a very good grocery store nearby. Easy contactless check-in and check-out. That's it for now…
