Brand new 500lb ice machine! Conveniently located in the Venice Marina. 3 bedroom/2.5 bath/sleeps 6-10. Includes a fully equipped kitchen w/ granite top, washer/dryer, fish cleaning station, propane grill, smart TV (YouTube Tv included), WiFi, 4 reclining sofa seats, dining room table for 6, towels/linens provided. Houseboat accommodate boats of any length (or 2 boats) for overnight docking purposes.
Please do not get on neighbors houseboat for any reason.
Propane is the guests responsibility and available at Dollar General up the road.
**PLEASE NOTE** When the marina is extremely busy (Saturday afternoons in the summer for example) you may experience low water pressure due to the abnormally high amount of water being used throughout the marina. Please call us if this happens and we can help you resolve the issue.

Summary: Place is very clean with a large ice maker on the back deck. Ice maker worked out great because Venice Marina didn’t have ice all weekend and we needed plenty ice for our fish. The owner texted back quickly with any questions i had and I would recommend her place to anyone needing a nice/clean accommodations in Venice.

Summary: We have been going to Venice for the past several years but this is the first time staying on this boat. With that said, this is the best place we have stayed! It was so convenient being right off the parking lot!!! Omg! Stay here!!! No dragging your luggage across a whole marina! And, this boat! It was so roomy, clean, just a wonderful place to stay. The best yet!!! I’m hoping to stay here next year!!!
