Summary: Love this property. Location is ideal for walking or driving. First floor is much better at courtyard level where you can walk outdoors. The large sliding doors allow more light in and fresh air. And the views of landscape is also nice.

Summary: The property is very well located, walking path to the beach and pier. The pool and jacuzzi are surrounded by lush landscaping and its open at 7am, perfect for early risers. The property has pond waterfall and firepits, bar. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms clean and bathrooms great. Love the easy access to freeway. Parking is only $16 per night. No other hidden fees. Staff are kind and attentive. The only thing better would be a better selection of TV channels to watch to relax after long day of enjoying Ventura, not everyone has their own Netflix account.

Summary: It's clean quite modern comfortable with friendly staff and in a great spot alongside the offramp from the freeway and next to the beach path. There are better options if you what to be right ON the beach, but if you don't mind a half mile walk with your stuff to the sand then this is a great option.
