Negative: We think maybe the cleaners added too much chemicals to hot tub our last couple days there but other than that it was great!

Positive: The home was in a perfect location; close to a lot of shops and only 10 mnts from the beach. Accommodations, rooms very nice, clean bathrooms, nice comfty living room area, kitchen fully equipped (event seasonings. lol), lots of towels and bedding items. Pool was perfect, backyard nice and jacuzzi too. We couldn't use the grill. Home had a lot of other extra items like beach chairs, wagon, extra beds. parking was perfect for 3 cars using the garage. We appreciate that pets were welcome (dog & cat). The host responded quickly to my texts and concerns. Recommended!
Negative: The main thing was the situation in the kitchen with water coming out of the floor wood tile(pieces). you will step on it and will be a squishy sound and you will see water coming out by edges of it. This by main door, kitchen and dining room. We made the best of the situation and mop, put towels on the floor to avoid any accidents (it was slippery). A big dangerous with guests cause they could fall if they had sandals. I did mentioned to the host and showed her videos. Couldn't use BBQ 'cause when we open tank it made a sound (like gas leak), so we didn't turn it on-dangerous. Maybe too have the backyard a big cleaner; dead grass, weeds on the side, and dirty equipment thrown on floor (umbrella, patio décor, toys, float, etc..) Just so it looks nicer and cleaner.

Positive: Proximity to the beach (less then 15 min), private pool, jacuzzi and lounge area outside were really amazing. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. 5 min away from all grocery shops and dining. All the necessary stuff is there, kitchen is equipped with everything and had some personal touches. Washer and drier worked great. Free Netflix. We took our dog with us and he was extremely happy. We stayed for about 12 days and every day was fenomenal, we really loved the beach in Bredanton. Thank you so much for our great stay! ❤

Location is good back around the pool area needs to be cleaned up and taken care of weeds a little bit of everywhere on the side of the pool in the back not much grass there a lot of weeds maybe think about putting some turf back there since there’s not much grass area anyway Would make it look a lot better overall very nice

Positive: Location was great!! Close to Gulf Dr & beaches with plenty of restaurants, dessert places, 😋 Grocery stores & shopping! Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Home was very inviting, well stocked with linens & necessities! The pool & lanai area was fabulous!! Grill & kitchen was perfect for breakfast & dinners. It was us, our 4 “adult” children & our golden doodle and the house was perfect for privacy & being close together! We had the best time! And are ready to plan our next trip!
