Summary: Relatively quiet room on busy Randwick St. Centrally located. Free parking not so bad on a weekend, would be a pain on work days.

Summary: Staff were extremely helpful when I found that the microwave was broken & swapped it out 20mins before reception closed so I could make myself dinner. Staff went above & beyond when I asked for help including when I couldn't shut the metal balcony shutter doors. The room we were allocated had an area where the balcony ceiling was obviously affected by significant damp which needs addressing. The glass balcony door lock didn't lock & we were on the 5th floor but with an older child this didn't bother me. Security measures could be better on the room door with only a push button to secure the room on the door (no chain or catch, no swipe card access, no peep hole). Obvious that the external air con unit is due for a clean also. The outdoor clothing rack on the balcony, cooking facilities and included washing machine are HUGE benefits being so close to the beaches, UNSW and hospitals. Parking on site is also great.

Summary: There was a smell in the room. The carpet looks very dirty. Uncovered floor area by bed looks disgusting. Toilet was clean Cups need changing. Staff were really nice.

Summary: Perfect location to hospitals, eating options, chemists and supermarkets. The TV wasn’t working in my room so I contacted reception. Peter was incredibly helpful and tried to fix the issue which was not successful. Peter went to great efforts to change me to a different room which was perfect. Great stay, I will definitely be returning and will recommend.
