Our Vermont house is on the Bennington/Shaftsbury line. It is cozy and warm. It has a HUGE living space with two large seating groups, a dining room with seating for many and a VERY large kitchen with counter space for breakfast. We have two wood stoves, one in the living room and one in the kitchen. The house has 4 sleeping spaces, three bedrooms and one open room space with a twin and a trundle. Two of our bedrooms have just been renovated and redesigned with an industrial farmhouse feel...they are bright and cozy. Bedrooms are equipped with window AC units (AC in bedrooms only, not in first floor living spaces). The house has 10 total beds and one fold out sofa. It is a great get away for families and friends. The wood stoves will keep you cozy and provide a great place for drying that ski gear! We have added a HUGE basement game room! Perfect spot to keep the kiddos busy! Game room has a ping pong table, TV, game table, etc. etc. The house has access to streaming basic cable, WIFI and is stocked with games. We are 2 miles from Bennington College, within 20 miles of the Manchester Outlets, 30 miles form Bromley Ski Mountain, 35 miles from Stratton Mountain, 40 miles from Magic Mountain and 45 minutes to Mt. Snow. The PERFECT get away!
