Positive: Clean! Spacious and well appointed! Everything you need in the stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, comfortable beds. Located near restaurants and shopping

Negative: If I had to say something, it would be helpful to have a House Manual- running A/C, disposing of garbage, etc

Positive: The place was great and roomy.

Negative: The reservation process, confirmation and id questions was the stressful and misleading. The Id process was offensive, strange. It felt like we were in a scam situation and our credit card was already charged. The whole id was weird we did not like nor appreciate. Also, the shock of additional fees that did no show up on my computer when I made the reservations. We did not receive a confirmation email where the fees showed up towards the end. Had we know about the cleaning fee for 1 night , taxes and other fees were more than 2 times the reservation we would have canceled the reservation immediately after making it. Unfortunately, the confirmation email didn't show up until the day before our stay. Then failing the ID test by asking about places and people I have never been to or know was weird. I was also insulted being asked personal information like my birthday which I don't give out to random people over the phone. We will definitely think twice before staying at a place set up like this one and also using Booking.com. When I told other the first thing they said to us it are you sure it wasn't a scam.
