Summary: A fantastic holiday in wonderful accommodation in a superb location. Deshaies is the perfect place to base a holiday in Guadeloupe with lots of lovely restaurants and easy to travel around the rest of the islands. This accommodation has everything you need when self catering. The beds are so comfortable, the pool perfect for cooling down and relaxing in and the view is amazing. Thank you for allowing us to stay there

Summary: We had a lovely time in Deshaies. The property is exactly as described. Waking up to that view each morning was wonderful. We are a family of 5 (older teen and adult children) and we had plenty of space to chill out. The property was well equipped and being able to walk down to the town was a definite advantage. We would definitely recommend a stay here

Summary: Our third rental at Pointe Batterie's 'villas' - a well-designed development more aptly described as luxe gites - La Pinta was superb: roomy, exquisitely clean (and apparently recently repainted), with well equipped kitchen, comfortable outdoors sitting and eating area, and two air-conditioned bathrooms with modern bathrooms. Our most relaxing stay in Deshais, we'd gladly return in the future, and for a longer stay on this low-keyed side of the island.

Summary: We loved our stay at Villa La Pinta! The host went out of his way to make our stay a pleasant one, and the property itself is a great place to chill out, relax, cook, and explore. The property is just up the hill from the town of Deshaies, and is a short drive from several amazing beaches, restaurants, and shops. I can't wait to go back!
