Very beautiful villa, full of charm, of 230m2 on 2 floors, facing South, on a planted plot of 2000m2, not overlooked, with very beautiful open views of the mountains, the old village and the Baou de St Jeannet . The ground floor was refurbished last year.
It is an ideal villa to rest in peace in the garden and by the swimming pool or to do various activities: hiking, cycle tourism, tennis, outing by the sea, visiting the neighboring towns and the hinterland ( Mercantour).
It is very well located: 150m from all facilities (shops, doctor's office, etc.), 20 minutes from Nice airport, 30 minutes from the center of Nice, 6km from Vence and 22km from Antibes, 15min from the A8 motorway.
The exterior includes a planted garden with large lawns, a 5 * 10m swimming pool protected by a removable fence, a ball field (15 * 4m), a 35m2 terrace shaded by a roof and an electric awning, a gas barbecue, parking for 5 to 6 cars in front of the villa. The garden offers many shaded areas. The interior includes:
o A ground floor, on the ground floor with the garden, offering large volumes: double living room + lounge / dining room separable by a curtain: lounge (28m2) with fireplace and large TV, lounge / dining room (40m2 ), open kitchen (14m2) fully equipped, one bedroom with queen-size bed, 1 bathroom, 1 WC, 1 storeroom. 3 large bay windows give directly onto the garden and make the house very bright.
o A 1st floor with 4 bedrooms (3 with a 140 bed and 1 with 2 beds of 90 + 1 bed of 90 in mezzanine (with barrier), 2 SB and 1 WC and a roof terrace of 50m2 giving magnificent views on the garden and the mountains.

Summary: A good sized family villa, well appointed in Saint Jeannet, being close to local shops including a delicious, bakery, greengrocer and cheese/cold meat vendor and pharmacy. The villa had a good sized swimming pool which was surrounded by comfy sunbeds. There was lots of shade if required. The terrace area, where we spent a lot of time in the evening had everything you needed, with a BBQ and lots of seating . Our host kindly gave us permission to harvest any tomatoes that had ripened in his garden. The living space was large and accommodated us easily. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable with every thing that you required. The air conditioning worked well throughout the house keeping us cool . Our host was around to answer any queries that we had. There were seven of us, a family group plus friends. We enjoyed touring the area around Nice and we had a really lovely time, it was very relaxing. Great villa !

Summary: A great pool and lovely garden were we had a lot of fun. Tale a visit to the Old town up the hill or climp the mountains near by. The owner of the house gave an excellent service and arranged someone who came by and made us a great dinner to celebrate a birthday

Summary: We gathered our familiy for a week in France, and all of us enjoyed our stay here. Nice garden and pool for kids and adults. Nice and quiet place with only a short walk to the grocery-shop. Good parking facilitites, and fully equipped house.

Summary: The villa was perfect for a large family holiday to celebrate my husbands birthday. We had children from 2 to 8 years and the pool and play areas were very safe. There was more than enough space for everyone to relax and lots of shade in the afternoon sun . The kitchen provided all we could need as we did eat around the patio table every day. Locally the Boulanger is excellent and very convenient as is supermarket and the auberge. Marcel and his wife were most helpful and we would all love to return soon.

Summary: Lovely house, coping easily for large number of people. The pool was great. The house has a great situation close to patisserie, cafe, restaurants and mini market. We regularly walked into St Jeannet, which is pretty and has a lovely tabac and bar.

Summary: We had a great holiday in a wonderful holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired. Marcel gave us a very warm welcome and took time to answer all our questions. It was very easy to arrive Vence and Nice by bus, so we didn't need our car. Also the bakery and supermarket are very close to the house. Our expectations were far exceeded and we would be very happy to come back.
