The design is original Venetian with antique marble, walnut wood and exposed beams, the atmosphere is absolutely fantastic. Summary: The property is in a great location with high end stores right next door. The property itself was nice, it was great to have A/C. We found the lighting to be lacking. When you have the beautiful beams, you have floor lamps. The beds was super hard, and really bad pillows. The dishwasher didn't open all the way, we were afraid to pull open fully because of door. We couldn't figure out how to run it, and there was a left over pod in there, so we weren't the only ones. The couch is very dated. The lift is tiny, so be aware. It was fine for us tho.

Summary: My friend & I had a wonderful stay here & couldn't believe how centrally located it was to everything we wanted to see & do. Just a few blocks from La Fenice (the beautiful opera house), Piazza San Marco, the vaporetto, the Guggenheim Museum & more! The rooms were so comfortable & the kitchen was well equipped for what we needed, mostly breakfast. It's a safe area for older women like us & right in the middle of the high end shopping area. We couldn't recommend this apartment more highly.

Summary: Our host greeted us and took us to our place. She was very helpful and answered all our questions. The apartment was clean and modern with Italian flare. Located just steps away from fantastic restaurants and San Marco Plaza. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Summary: We had a great time in Venice! The apartment was located in a safe area very near San Marco Piazza. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because living room furniture was outdated and did not have a view from any window. You could see the backside of a building. We did not use the kitchen just because we do not cook during vacations but I noticed it had marble counter. Beds were comfortable; the entire place has wood floors and very clean. It has an elevator! iMany beautiful high end stores around it and about 2 blocks from the boat stop. Ariana came to meet us and guide us to the apartment. We had to pay 20 or 30 euros extra because we arrived after 6:00 PM. She gave us a map and gave us directions, also recommended a cozy restaurant with delicious food few blocks from the apartment. Restaurants near the apartment were wonderful also. Make sure to buy your train tickets in advance from wherever you are. We bought our train tickets 3 days in advance and we were looking to arrive at 4:30 PM. but there were no trains to Venice for that time, we arrive at 6:00 PM. When you arrive you have to buy tickets to go to San Marco island where is the apartment, line # 1. The boat has different stops and it took half an hour to arrive to the stop "Giglio", were Ariana met with us. The boat ride is such a beautiful experience, but next time I will take a taxi. We bought tickets for 3 days unlimited and you could go every where including Murano island and other islands. You can take any line for every place. Line # 7 take you directly with NO stops from Murano to San Marco. We bought tickets for the airport shuttle, The entire ride between boat and shuttle took us almost one and half hours. We had plenty of time but next time we will take a taxi. Shuttle leaves from Piazza di Roma. The experience was priceless and beautiful!

Summary: All was as advertised, and the receiving Hostess's were great, gracious, very helpful, professional, and quite friendly. Lucrezia met us as the agreed stop, led us to the apartment, where Arianna was waiting for us. Both got us settled, answered all of our questions, informed us about the apartment and the operations of lights, kitchen, ect. Provided info. for food shopping, how to navigate the area, and all essentials required to have a very comfortable stay. There were not surprises, and we functioned quite well in the apartment, and due to it's central location, it was extremely easy to navigate the whole area-- shops, restaurants, exhibits, even the Opera house. We highly recommend this apartment, and we were there for 6 nights. So Wonderful, quiet, and convenient.
