3 Bedroom House in Swiss Manor, Flagstaff

Fully stocked 3 bedroom 2 bath house with large backyard. Located at the base of Mt. Elden in a delightful Flagstaff neighborhood close to Aspen Village and Downtown. Meet the trail head at the end of our block for a quick walk through nature or challenge yourself to reach the summit. Large backyard with an outdoor patio table and hammock. A large open kitchen provides adequate space for cooking and visiting either at the bar counter or kitchen table. Cozy rooms with plush duvets make an ideal place for a restful night's sleep. One king bed is in the matter with a queen bed in each of the two additional guest rooms.
The couch also has a pull out queen bed w/ additional linens provided if you choose to use it.
Kitchen has pot pans, sharp knives for cooking, spices , coffee pot, toaster, plates, and glasses.
Towels are provided as well as bed linens.
There is no hot tub at this location.
We are active owners who want the best for our guests but this is not a party house. We know you are on vacation and want you to have the best time but will not tolerate any rowdy behavior. Please be respectful of the neighbors and abide by a 9pm curfew for any outdoor activities.
There are no social gatherings allowed at this house.
We do allow pets for a one time fee of $50 per pet. If you would like to bring a pet please message me and I will add the fee onto your total.

Due to safety concerns there is no longer a fire pit on the premise.

We are currently replacing old worn out furniture so there are now two separate couches in the living room as well as two new bed frames and a new dining table. The master bedroom does not have a tv anymore.
We are very fair owners and hope you enjoy all amenities of the property. With that being said we do take inventory of all belongings at the property and will send a request for any missing items. The cleaning fee covers all house keeping upon your departure but if you leave the house in an atrocious state we will charge you an additional cleaning fee. We know you're on vacation and want you to have a wonderful time but this is also a vacation rental not a hotel so please treat it as such. Please reach out with any questions!
If you leave after the designated checked out time of 11am with out approval from owners you will be charged $45 per additional hour and our cleaners will enter the house. Our cleaners are on a strict time schedule and it takes the full amount of time in between guests to wash all the towels and linens, 11:15am is considered late and you will be charged if you are at the house past this time.
You're welcome to ask for an early check in but we do charge an additional $45 per hour and early check in is only granted when available and approved by the owner. The cost is $45 an hour because if early check in is granted additional cleaners have to be hired or the night before has to be blocked. We're happy to oblige if we can but repeat early check in is only allowed when approved in writing by the owner in the message stream.
In order to not invade guest's privacy we ask guests to take out and put away the recycling and trash bins on their designated days. The schedule will be sent with your welcome message and if you stay at the house on those days you will be expected to oblige. We are charged a fine every time bins are not taken out or left on the curb which we will then charge you as the guest if that happens. We hardly have any issues with this as we mostly have awesome guests but want to make sure everyone is aware of the rules ahead of time!

Summary: We have stayed at many VRBOs and I will say this one was the cleanest one we've stayed in. It is in a location that is close to restaurants, stores etc... but when you are there you feel like you are further out. We always travel with a sound machine so the noise from trains was a no issue for us. The house is decorated very tastefully and it was a lovely place to stay while in Flagstaff. I will definitely stay again and will recommend to our friends and family. As a plus, the backyard is fenced in and was safe for our pug to enjoy. Very nice rental!

Summary: We had a great time staying at your Flagstaff home! We greatly appreciate your open and honest description of the house! We purchased a can opener that we are leaving at the house as the can openers at the house didn’t work we also purchased a couple scratcher pad sponges for hand washing dishes as none were hereGrill propane tank needs to be filled as it’s getting lowI used one of your hard plastic plates in the microwave not realizing it wasn’t microwave safe leaving a burn mark on the plate I’m sorry about that!We had a Great experience and will recommend your house to others coming to visit the area!

Summary: The house is pretty close to everything and getting around was easy. We didn’t have a lot of chill time as we were pretty go-go-go every day but what little downtime we had was comfortable. The beds were also comfortable as all of us pretty much crashed out every evening. It was cool that we had access to streaming services too.

Summary: We came up for a quick weekend to visit my son at NAU. This property is about 10 minutes away from campus. Very close to everything you need (restaurants/shopping etc). The house was very well stocked (we cooked breakfasts each morning and use the BBQ). Plenty of kitchen supplies. The house was very clean; loved the bedding/sheets. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Summary: Very clean and well maintained. My family and I were able to get comfortable and relax after a long day of snowboarding. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. My two small dogs loved the big back yard. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and enjoy all Flagstaff has to offer.

Summary: We came up for a snowboarding trip and the home is in a great area. 10 minute distance to downtown Flagstaff, 30 minutes from Snowbowl. The home includes many amenities and the owners are extremely easy to work with and have excellent Communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This was our first time staying in a VRBO property. We had an awesome experience. We brought our dog for his first vacation and he had a blast as well. It is close to downtown and other activities found in Flagstaff. We will definitely stay at this property again when we visit Flagstaff
