Positive: Spacious, clean, well appointed. Nice little touches like home made ( or similar ) biscuits, great variety of teas, breads and cereals. Very quiet and private, across a suburban road to a park. We only stayed one night but the washing machine, dryer, full oven etc would make it convenient for a longer stay. Rather old fashioned in furnishing and style but perfectly reflects its name- very comfortable granny flat.
