Ground floor apartment, located in front of a green area and very close to the beach. Very quiet area in the same urbanization of Cala Blanca. The area has all kinds of services:
- At 10 meters from the apartment there is a bus stop that connects with Ciutadella and different beaches.
- The pharmacy is 30 meters away. The supermarket and shopping center 50 meters away.
- Access to the surrounding beaches is easy; Walking takes 5 minutes.

Summary: We had a wonderful time in Pinyeta Pinyol at the end of september. The house is perfectly equipped and it is only 5 minutes to a beautiful bathing bay. The contact with Ivan was very nice. We'd love to come back.

Summary: The property is very well equipped, in a very quiet convenient location, 5 minutes from the beach and benefits from a Bakery and small supermarket 50 metres away. There are various bars and restaurants within easy reach. The owner, Ivan, couldn't be more helpful. We had a great time and will definitely be returning in the future.
