The apartment is furnished, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, hob induction, dishwasher, washing machine, and all the necessary dishes.
2 bedrooms, one with motorized beds, large closet for storage, 2 bathroom with toilet, and Italian shower, Television with dvd player.
The building is new, with luxury services. Central shutters closing, reversible air conditioning in the living room and 2 bedrooms.
There is a covered terrace overlooking the sea.
The secure building with codes to enter, there is the elevator.
In front of the building is about 100 meters there is a very beautiful beach / bay. There are small ways to make beautiful walks, in the neighborhood there are small shops, doctor, pharmacy, restaurant etc,
The bus stop is just about 1 mile, 10 minutes by car, you have a very large supermarket with merchant galleries.
The coast has very beautiful beaches all the long and you can go in the esterel for walks in complete calm.
Nice airport is around 1 hour by car.

Summary: This rental is everything it says to be. The property is very clean, secure, quiet and in an excellent location. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay. The hostess was wonderful, friendly and so accommodating to our needs and requests. I highly recommend this rental.

Summary: Want a superb friendly host who speaks better English than you do, in a modern high-security apartment with a killer view of the Cote d'Azur centrally located about halfway between Nice and St Tropez? This is it. The apartment is situated a 2 minute walk (150m) up a hillside above a famous local beach ("Tiki Plage"). It is on the third floor facing the water and has a large, modern, working elevator. There is a large covered tiled balcony with a massive table perfect for family dining or watching the colorful sunsets while drinking an inexpensive bottle of good French wine. The building has excellent security (high walls, electronic doors, underground secure garage parking) as it seems to cater to second-home owners who like to be able to simply lock up their apartments when away. All appliances in the unit are new and modern. Of course, there is the typical energy efficient European clothes washing machine that drives Americans crazy (takes 3 hours to wash a small load). However, a clothes washer is needed if you wish to travel light to avoid hefty airline checked bag fees. We had 7 flight legs and these bag fees would have added $560 per person. The owner Cathy is warm and friendly and a remarkable genuine person that you'll love to meet. She speaks English so well, I actually wondered if she knew French! (She does). It's the Cote d'Azur, so great restaurants are everywhere. Just walk or drive in any direction. However, if you experience Walmart withdrawal (we shop there at least 4x per week), then the hypermarket E.Leclerc Saint-Raphaël (50 Avenue du Commandant Camille Suzanne, 83700 Saint-Raphaël) was our Walmart substitute.You can save about half the price of the neighborhood Spar markets (which are more like 7-11 or Circle K convenience stores). St Tropez is an easy and pleasant day trip to take the obligatory photos. Monte Carlo is also easily accessible by freeway.

Summary: First of all, the owner, Cathy so very helpful and gave such a quick response for all our questions before arrival. We stayed here for one week during Football Euro Cup. The apartment is really, really nice. It has everything and very modern stylish look. With a big balcony with the view over the sea gave the mornings a perfect start. Then the roof top with a big swimming spa for 8-10 pers with a even better view over the sea. The apartment also have Wi-Fi now so thats is a even better improvement which we were not aware of when we rented it. There is really nothing we could have wish for more, or were missing here. Would I rent this apartment again? Definitely. I don't need to look elsewhere if i go once again to the French Riviera. Thanks for everything, Cathy

Summary: The apartment was perfect in every way. Everything is new, and very modern. Quiet location even though on a main street. Nice high balcony with an amazing view of the Sea. Extremely safe and secure building with an elevator and codes for entry. Private, large jacuzzi on the roof. It was fabulous in the evening! Comfortable beds, great showers, well stocked kitchen for making meals. Convenient to walk to a small but well stocked store, pizza and a very nice restaurant. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk but worth it. (Adult should be with children to the beach because of the street.) If you are looking for a relaxed location, this is it! The towns of Saint Raphael and Frejus are just a 20 to 30 minute drive where our favorite restaurant The La Moule Joyeuse was. Great food and service! There, in the same location are many, many shops! Souvenirs, clothes, local gifts and food, coffee and icecream! Lots to do as there is a new port for cruise ships and big yachts and boats. Lots of different price ranges for shopping, from post cards to elegant evening wear. We had a car and went on day trips to the amazing countryside, Monte Carlo and Cannes. Many different beaches within an hour but a great one right up the road. The Mediterranean Sea was warm in October, and we had fabulous weather, but we did have one day where it rained very hard. Last but not least was our new friend Katie. She met us at the train station and took us to the apartment. She knows the area extremely well, and can help with airport and train schedules. She even escorted me to the La Poste office and helped me mail a package as my French was not good. Katie made our 6 days in the South of France the best part of our 28 day trip! We would definitely stay there again if we had a chance.
