We warmly welcome you to the Costa del Sol! Enjoy the best days of the year with us! Our apartment offers you relaxation and tranquility from the usually hectic everyday life at home.
The Costa del Sol is known for its long sandy beaches, for the typical vegetation and the small towns in the hinterland. Our apartment is a bit back from the hustle and bustle of busy beach promenades in the immediate vicinity of Sabinillas near Estepona. Several large beaches or small bathing bays without large public traffic can be reached quickly. The promenade in Sabinillas as well as small beach bars and chiringuitos invite you to eat.
Marbella - partly a meeting place for the high society of Europe and Arabia is also not far away. In addition, various excursion destinations, such as B. the Rock of Gibraltar, or the city of Ronda can be reached in the picturesque mountains.
Our apartment is designed for 2 people. The following rooms and areas are available in the upper area of the house:
- Generous, independent terrace with furniture at the level of the apartment
- Hallway with kitchen, sink and a selection of dishes and cooking utensils
- Living room with 2 sofas, table, chairs and a flat-screen TV (digital, German channels)
- bedroom with 2 beds (can also be put together)
- In the garden area, of course, the pool
We are a German family that is constantly looking after the apartment on site and is therefore at your disposal. We have been on site for a long time and would be happy to give you one or the other tip when it comes to shopping, sightseeing or culinary delights.

Summary: If you are looking for a quiet and nice location to stay in Andalusië this is perfect. Small but excellent swimming pool, nearby large beaches and a good starting point for trips to other locations. A car is a must!

Summary: The apartment was lovely and clean, well maintained, nicely furnished and access to Wi-Fi was available. We would have preferred a double bed, two singles pushed together does not have the same effect. It is set in a very high quality urbanization area and even though it is surrounded by other individual properties it was very peaceful and quiet with a lovely view of the sea. A car is definitely needed, the nearest supermarket is approximately 2 miles away. The owners made us feel very welcome and were very accommodating even though there was a language issue as we did not speak German and their English was very limited. The apartment is absolutely perfect for two people who are happy to hire a car to get to the nearest town, etc, who want piece, quiet and tranquillity.
