Summary: Hotel is clean with coin laundry that I like. Enough space inside our room. Close to lot of local restaurants. MOST important is there is a assistant manager whose service is extremely outstanding!!!!he show us really detail way to go mount Aso with lots of patience, so attentive. Breakfast is good, delicious, lots of choices. Room is clean, lots of parking, quiet and safe area, overall very happy with my stay

Summary: Good location for what I wanted. Free breakfast, free coffee and drink bar with soft drinks, tea and coffee. Only minor thing I didn’t like was the pillows. I’m sure I could have asked for an extra, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but their pillow was a bit on the thin side for me.

Summary: Room is big and very new. Price is cheap. I walked to a restaurant nearby for dinner and it was 10minutes. There is 7-11 nearby.Front desk helped me to call taxi to airport, around 1800yen.

Summary: the staff are great and will try to assist in any way they can. Even when Expedia booked a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room.

Summary: This is a very small hotel. The reason why I had booked this hotel was because I couldn't find a decent hotel with a private bath in the Auso area. Since we have two adults and one child, I booked a triple room in which they have tried to stuck two double beds and one single bed into a twin bed room. All three of us have to get in and out of the beds from the far end. If I had known this beforehand I should have had booked a twin bed room instead. On the other hand, you get free breakfast buffet which is guaranteed to fill up your stomach and sufficient free parking surrounding the hotel. It is located in between Kumamoto and Auso that makes it a nice location to stay if you are travelling to these places but don't want to change hotel for a couple of days. There are a few nice restaurants within a few km radius too.
