Summary: A top property with every amenity you could wish for. The living area being open plan gave a great feeling of spaciousness. The utility area is well fitted out and leads out to a welcoming outdoor space. We used just he one bedroom which was spacious and very comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep. Both bedrooms having ensuite facilities was really beneficial especially when family came to visit. A quiet location: less than ten minutes walk to the Old Town for eateries and shopping, yet minutes to one of the main arteries out of Fort Collins.

Summary: Went to FOCO for graduation and location of this rental was perfect. Walk to coffee shops and restaurants and easy drive to CSU campus. Definitely would recommend for 4 people.

Summary: It was immaculate, well appointed in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The best part was location- just a 10 minute walk down tree-lined streets to the Old Town. We definitely would rebook if we return to this charming town.

Summary: We stayed here for a softball tournament and it was perfect for our family. Everything was as described. It is in walking distance to downtown Fort Collins which offers a lot of restaurants and shops. We would stay here again.
