Positive: My stay at Victoria Falls River Lodge – Zambezi Crescent was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The service was outstanding, and the staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Everyone—from the chef to the grounds staff—was warm, welcoming, and dedicated to ensuring a top-tier experience. The rooms have a beautiful rustic exterior while offering modern comfort inside. The property itself is stunning, and I found it worth every penny. My tour guide, Mike, was hospitable and thoughtful, making every excursion even more enjoyable. The woman who handled laundry and ironing went above and beyond—her attention to detail was truly appreciated. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to add more lighting around the property, but that’s a minor note in an otherwise flawless stay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this lodge—10/10! A fantastic experience all around.

Positive: We received fantastic service from the moment we landed at the airport to the moment we checked in our luggage to leave. One of our bags was lost in transit and the lodge arranged to get the bag collected from the airport for us and delivered it to our room. All staff were very friendly and made sure to stop and talk to you everyday. Any request was not an issue. We had amazing trips organised for us so we didn't have to do anything but enjoy our holiday.
