Everything you could want in a quality Waterfront is right under your nose.
The tranquil picturesque setting are ideal for relaxing or undertaking one of the many water activities at your doorsteps. You could also use as a base to explore many of the nearby activities around the lake and the Watagan mountains.
The kitchen looks onto the covered entertainment area which in turn looks over the water, there are five large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a family room, cinema room, and entertainment Pool room.
Finishing touches are including air-conditioning, security system, well established gardens with a lovely cubby house for the kids to enjoy, and a shared jetty.
Please Note: Strictly property does not allow Hens, Bucks and loud parties

Summary: The property is perfect for a little getaway with your family. The private jetty is perfect for fishing and loved that the kayaks were provided for us to use. The pool room was fantastic for the family to use and enjoy. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. Definitely recommended

Summary: The house is huge and specious for 4/5 families. Enjoyed fishing and kayak with kids. The theatre room is amazing but TVs in other rooms aren’t not smart to watch YouTube for kids. Not towels were provided. Backyard wooden house was not able to use due to cleanliness and birds laying eggs. No aiicon at downstairs which was very hot. Overall condition is very nice and natural.

Summary: Beautiful views, plenty of birds. Kayaks and Pool room were a hit with the young adults. No functional cues, repaired 2. Tap in upstairs ensuite loose. No towels, hand towels, washers, floor mats for bathrooms were provided. Didn't know this. Dishwasher provided. We did not use -as ran out of glasses and forks. No tea towels for drying dishers. One bed had dirty marks on sheets and ? crusty food in it. Floors dusty. Footwear from previos guests in robe. Dirty linen in laundry. Outdoor furniture was filthy. Once we did a clean. We had a relaxing 2 days.

Summary: A big house with lots of different zones so everyone can do what they want. Right on the water which was stunning & the kayak was fun. Fabulous for big family/friends getaways

Summary: The house is spacious and plenty of room for our family of 12. Great location and plenty of yard for the little ones to play in. In saying that the cubby house in the back yard the kids couldn't play in as it had cob webs and spiders all through it & a lot of the wood was rotted and dangerous for them. Cooking was a mission as the BBQ was unusable all the jets were rusted and fallen to pieces the grill in the oven was disgusting looked like it hadnt been cleaned in years and there was only one old oven tray for the oven . We had to make do with 2 very small frypans to cook for 12 people so meal times was not really enjoyable.

Summary: Great property right on the water, fantastic view in a quiet place. BBQ had no gas which was disappointing so that amenity was unavailable. Also the property was not the cleanest I have stayed in previously hense the cleanliness score. Generally a brilliant property and fantastic views for any get away etc

Summary: The pictures do not do this property justice, especially the bedrooms which have all new beds and mattresses. We had 4 days 3 nights over new year with the extended family 10 people in all. Lots of space for everyone, the grandparents loved the multiple outdoor spaces while the teenagers were kept busy in the pool room or the cinema room. This property has all the mod cons freezing cold aircon, wireless internet and direct access to lake Macquarie. The host Tina was excellent even accommodating our last-minute requests, no doubt about it we will be back for another visit in the near future.

Summary: The property was perfect for the boys to get out of Sydney grind. Lovely views of the lake & sufficient room for all. Only feedback is that the pool table needs new felt & need to provide bath towels for the guests as a minimum.

Summary: Fabulous property the photos do not the house justice.Only complaint out of the 4 TVs only 2 work.A very minor issue otherwise loved it .Will book again when we visit the area.
