This bay side home sits on a large lot on the water. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. Enjoy time with your family in the comfortable living room, where there's plenty of room for everyone! Log on and watch your favorite shows on the smart tv. This home has wifi for your convenience! Step outside and enjoy the bay and beach views from the wrap-around deck! The kids will love playing in the huge yard! Watch them play while you enjoy coffee under the gazebo. This home also has a deck for fishing when the tide is in or for just sitting and enjoying the views. There are other awesome places to fish within walking distance. When you'd like to head down to the beach it's just a short drive away!
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

Summary: We had the most wonderful time in this house. The house itself was absolutely perfect, lovely interior, well equipped kitchen, good beds. The patio was perfect as we are bird watchers we could sit on the terrace to watch all the birds that were around us, walk down into the garden or out onto the pier. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We would highly recommend this place and hope we can rent here again next time we come to Texas. Thank you so much for letting us stay here. Rita & Dag N.

Summary: This is a beautiful place to experience Bolivar Peninsula. The property provides views and privacy for enjoying them. The dock is fun and has shade as well. We would love to return!

Summary: Property was as described. Neighborhood was quiet and 5 min walk to beach. Only thing I would warn future renters is to come prepared for the mosquitos!! They are brutal and can disrupt your outside activities. Great time was had by my family.

Summary: Spacious home. Clean but carpet throughout. Towels and linens provided. No pantry items and they don’t want any to stay. So you must bring all your seasonings, oils, and take it with you upon departure. We didn’t see a grill outside. But the view was awesome! The main suite bed was SWEET! The shower was slippery- be careful. No board games or cards, we brought our own. Neighbors gave unapproving looks but didn’t bother us. Lots of Proud Boys in the area- be aware.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed this place. It is very comfortable and has a marvelous porch that has a good view of the bay. We saw a number of different species through our spotting scope. The kitchen is more than adequate, but you do need to bring your own condiments. Another note. Roll Over Pass has been filled in so there is no longer a connection between the gulf and Galveston bay near this location. We will stay again.

Summary: The house is large, open and comfortable. We didn't realize that ZERO edibles were stocked in the kitchen, so if you visit, bring coffee, salt & pepper, cooking oil, any staples that you need, with you. Also you might want to bring card games, board games, or other entertainment, since this house doesn't have them. We didn't figure out the "smart" TV, we thought it was an "over the air" TV, so we just "got along without cable" for a week. We thoroughly enjoyed the views and breezes from the wrap-around balcony. Nights were perfectly quiet, no sounds of traffic or dogs, it was lovely. Do bring mosquito repellent, as the bugs are fierce at ground level when there is no breeze, but we expected that - it is beach living.
