10 Bedroom House in Lexington

This is a large Catskill Vacation Rental house in the Catskill region. The house is clean, very spacious with nice furnishings and nicely decorated. It comes complete with bed linens and comforters. PLEASE YOUR OWN TOWELS, SOAPS AND GARBAGE BAGS.
.The house has a full kitchen, WIFI two living rooms with a flat screen TV in each and a dining room/ living room. We rent the entire house to one group at a time. Although it is a big house smaller groups are also welcome and will relish the warmth and cozy feeling of Catskill lodging in style! The property is private with Mountain views. Our property has 2 acres of flat and very usable acres with a Barn that is a recreation room with a pool table and air hockey. It is centrally located to skiing in Hunter Mountain only 5 to 7 minutes. Windham Mountain is about 15 to 20 minutes from us. In the Summer we are only 5 to 15 minutes to several Lakes. Also we are close to Phoenicia for some great tubing. Woodstock is about 30 minutes. Please check rates with owner because they fluctuate according to season and availability. We provide outdoor grill and picnic tables.
10pm Noise ordinance enforced. No loud speakers yelling, screaming etc. Noise travels and we like to preserve our harmonious relationship with our neighbors.

Summary: This house offered plenty of space and a great place to unwind after a day on the slopes. We enjoyed the closeness to the slopes (less than 15 minute drive) and cooked some great meals in the kitchen, dining on the glorious table in the dining room. My 9.5 month old grandson loved crawling through the “tunnel” under the long table;/)

Summary: 5th year renting with 5 families for ski weekend. The house has plenty of rooms for everyone. The main area off the kitchen is great for meals together & game night!

Summary: Our extended family has been staying here for several years for a reunion of sorts at Thanksgiving. The number of bedrooms and beds are perfect for the 16 or so relatives and our dogs that come together once a year for this holiday. The home is large with a great working kitchen and enough room for all the cooks to be in there at once. The dining room easily seats us all comfortably. The recreation barn is charming with its variety of games, and the huge yard is perfect for the dogs to run off leash. Unfortunately we have never visited in season to utilize the picnic and campfire areas. The host is friendly and accommodating, always responsive when we have a question. We expect to spend many more future holidays at this charming and welcoming home.

Summary: This is our second year staying at this house to play volleyball and enjoy the summer in the Catskills. Like last year, we had a great time hanging out in the backyard field and in the house. There’s plenty of space for everyone and we never felt cramped or uncomfortable. Great stay for large groups that want a lot of outdoor space!

Summary: We stayed at this wonderful property during my mother's memorial service. It was nice to have such a large place so my family could all stay in one place. Having such a large dining table so we could have meals all together was very helpful. The host was great and communicative. He even agreed to ship my aunt's slicer that she left behind. Thank you!

Summary: Nice, big and clean house. The kitchen was very well stock. My only negative would be the game room. The air hockey is not operable and there was only one pool stick to play pool with. I will come back to it again just because how nice and cozy it is. The location is superb.

Summary: Lovely spot. Beautiful. Lots of space and things we needed for multiple families to gather easily. We had a small hiccup with the code getting in-we we’re given the wrong code initially. But with quick communication we were easily able to get in. Not a problem! There was also some confusion about our check out time with cleaners coming early, but again- a problem easily solved. Great fire pit. Super comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of space for all to gather. Thanks again for the great stay!

Summary: We had a group of 11 family members gather here. I think you could add about 4 more and still be comfortable staying here. Beautiful area of country! Hiking trails vary from easy to difficult, so look before you head out. Plenty of places to eat out if you don’t want to cook. Everything is spread out, roads are windy and you’ll be using your phone to guide you. If you like breweries check out West Kill, we loved it there! As far as the house goes it’s kinda quirky, but we all thought it was a great place for a large group. A table long enough for everyone to sit together. We also had room to do a puzzle and play cards. We cooked several meals and the basics are all there for that. Beds were comfy. Enjoyed several evenings around the fire pit. The property manager, Vasili, is very quick to respond to any messages and even had 2 pies waiting for us on arrival! I had never been to this area and we all agreed it was a great way to spend a relaxing week surrounded by beauty!
