Positive: Explored this property as it was rated as one of the highest while searching online. Then called them up and Mr Dhingra the owner answered and few mins later I was sure I’m staying here. And what followed on checking in was simply amazing.

Negative: Tried searching through out my stay, practically NOTHING this places deserves an Oscar for their hospitality and the host Mr Dhingra was there during our check in as we arrived little early, and was there during check in, and we had some guests over for dinner and he was personally there to make us and our guests feel comfortable and the food at the property was just amazing. The staff with such a host was equally amazing.

Summary: Hospitality Par excellence. Just Fabulous.

Positive: This was incredible. We were welcomed as if we were part of the family. The staff but also the owner made sure we were comfortable and looked after 24/7. There was absolutely nothing missing. In fact, a full tour of Amritsar was organised for us with a private driver, private guide, VIP access to the boarder. We don’t know what else to say. Thanks for having us and thanks for your generous and genuine hospitality.

Negative: We liked everything about the properly. Great, comfortable and warm rooms. Helpful and honest staff. Great location.

Positive: Victorian Elegance Luxury Home Stay should be classed as 7 stars. Property and rooms are luxurious, comfortable and very clean. Genuine hospitality from Mr Kanwar and his team made our stay unforgettable. Just 3 real stories of genuine hospitality: Mr Kanwar contacted us few days before check-in to ensure smooth arrival and comfortable stay, he followed up by sending short flyer with key sights to see, recommendations for restaurants and shopping which was much appreciated because it maximized our time and enjoyment of our holiday. We ordered takeout one evening, the staff served the takeout food in our room in serving dishes, with plates, cutlery and drinking glasses. We got treated to best local dishes with exceptional room service. Our indigo flight out from Amritsar was cancelled. Mr Kanwar checked best available options and arranged a private taxi to Delhi and followed up until we safely reached Delhi.

Negative: Toughly enjoyed our stay, what was not easy was having to say goodbye to Mr Kanwar and staff.

Positive: My Luxurious birthday trip (04 sep to 07 sep 25) at Victorian Elegance Amritsar. I was touched by arrangements of my birthday eve decorations and cake (my bestie Anba who discussed with Mr kanwar) Thank You so much Mr kanwar that personally welcomed us and gave us a car tour around the area. Thanks again for all your words and take care as own family members. I really enjoyed stay here.Morning breakfast and night dinner was tasty. Mr kanwar also arranged our 2 days city tour at Amritsar was truly amazing. Miss staff mamtha was always available and helpfully. The accommodation was super elegance. Best experience stay at this property.Will came back stay soon with family. Highly recommended to all

Positive: Everything is designed to a very high spec, the host Kanwar is a gem, polite, knowledgeable and passionate about providing a home from home service. The staff take pride in the service they offer, and they are very helpful from helping to book a taxi, to helping you make the most of your stay. I booked this as a belated surprise for my hubby and Kanwar went above and beyond to make this a very memorable occasion. The attention to detail, making us feel like family, was all fabulous and really appreciated. The cinema room is a definite bonus to this hotel, I'm glad I booked this addition. The food is tasty and cooked fresh on the day, with an hour's notice you can have lunch and dinner prepared by the in-house chef. Kanwar even took time out of his busy schedule to show us Amritsar from his, a local, perspective. This mini tour was an eye-opener, Amritsar definitely has more to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again without hesitation. Thank you Mr Kanwar and your team for a lovely stay

Positive: It was the pre-communication with Mr Kanwar Dhingra which gave me such a good feeling about this property. He was exceptionally welcoming and reassuring and gave me great confidence as a solo female traveller. He checked in with me in my flight to make sure I’d landed and personally arranged my transfer from the airport. He met me with his lovely ladies, Miss Prabhjot and Miss Maamta and showed me to the suite. He then took me out on a short orientation tour of the area which was very helpful as the property is in an upmarket residential area with no shops or restaurants immediately close by. It’s a 15 min taxi ride to the centre for the Golden Temple and other key sites. The team helped me to book an Uber and guided me in price points for transportation. I had the ground floor suite which was spacious with a lounge, bedroom, dressing room, excellent bathroom and small sit out space at basement level. You can order food to eat in your room 24/7 as Mr Dhingra’s personal chefs from his nearby home prepare the food. The team were friendly and professional and we had fun playing Holi, the festival of colour . A very comfortable stay and highly recommended due to the personal attention of Mr Dhingra.

Negative: The suite, whilst very spacious, was dark and I had to have lights on at all times. The small sit out was dark too as it was below the road level. As a solo traveller, I would have like to have had a communal area for eating rather than eating in my room but know that this is not what the guests usually request. The outside space is limited but it’s possible to have a small table set up at the entrance to get some fresh air. You can eat in or in the city but there’s nothing immediately walkable from the property. It’s about 17/18min walk sling a busy road to the nearest shopping mall with restaurants.
