Summary: The house and property were meticulously curated down to the gorgeous tile work, faucets and fixtures. We marveled at how no expense was spared in the restoration of a rental. Just exquisite. The yard was beautiful and property was beautifully landscaped. Can’t wait to go back and see it blooming in Spring. Few small notes: br #3 has a king rather than the listed 2 twins, there was no firepit, nor can you use the fireplace. Finally our only frustration was the lack of instructions provided for anything. The light switches are unmarked and non-traditional leaving us searching for what did what, no operational guide for the sauna and the upstairs queen had no lighting. The overhead did not work. Nor did the upstairs TV. All of this could be solved with a standard visitor’s book.That being said, the property manager was very prompt to answer our questions!

Summary: We loved staying at the home in Stayton. The location was quiet but close to the stores in town so that you could walk even when it was cold. The house felt like home with little things like plenty of pots and pans. The kitchen was fabulous with a big fridge and plenty of space to cook. The house was beautiful inside and out. We would loved to have seen the house in the spring. The washer and dryer was upstairs which was convenient since 2 of the 3 bedrooms were on the floor. We would love to stay again if we find ourselves in the area again.
