Positive: Victor’s Homestay was easy to get to via Las Rosa subway. We were able to be checked in early and leave our luggage while waiting for a late flight on our check out day. The communal kitchen was very clean and well equipped, the lounge was modern and inviting and our room had ample storage, a comfortable queen size bed and a modern en suite bathroom. The room was quiet. He offered a full, delicious Spanish breakfast for 10 euros each, which we enjoyed.
Negative: Nothing! It was all excellent!
Summary: Victor was very friendly, accommodating and informative. He made our stay in Madrid memorable.

Positive: Victor's place was really good, and at a nice neighbourhood in Madrid, in close proximity to Atletico's stadium. The check in was easy and Victor was really helpful and friendly. He prepared really good breakfasts and was very helpful and gave great advice to our questions. The room was very clean, well maintained and nice. Definitely recommended!

Positive: The location was great, we had everything we need there , so we felt good during our vacation. We used metro( 2 red line) very close to the property and with very good connection to all places to visit or just to walk.
