Second floor two bedroom apartment, with open plan living, dining and kitchen area. One double/twin bedroom. One triple bedroom. One bathroom with shower. The apartment is very well furnished with locally made solid wood furniture and kitchen. The kitchen has a solid granite work surface. Classic larch wood floor. 400 year old exposed solid stone walls. original 4.5 metre high pitched terracotta tiled and beamed ceilings. The north facing bedroom has a view of the 5000 square metre Villa Palazzo Rosso courtyard garden. The south facing bedroom has a view over the 350 square metre, 10 metre high beamed 'Portico' barn which is for guest use. The apartment is both heated and air conditioned.
The apartment is part of a restored 400+ year-old wing of Palazzo Rosso, shared facilities include a pool (seasonal), a jacuzzi, a sauna, a small gym, a large playroom with a pool table, table football, a ping pong table, and kitchen; there are bikes both normal and electric (on request), a barbeque and an animal farm. From Palazzo Rosso you are well placed to visit the whole of the Veneto region, we are an hour's drive from Venice (you can also take the train from a nearby town), 40 mins from Verona 20 minutes away from Vicenza and Padua, an hour away from Lake Garda and the dolomites, and close to many other historic towns and cities such as Bassano del Grappa, Abano Terme, Treviso, Valdobbiadene, Marostica, Montagnana, Arquá Petrarca, Possagno and many more.

Summary: Our family has traveled to northern Italy several times and Via Rosso is now our favorite place to stay! The apartment was lovely and welcoming! Our children adored the many animals on the farm and all the places to explore outside. The perfect family getaway!

Summary: We stayed Sept 2017. This was our second visit and was just as good ( if not better than our first) Silvi & Phil have fantastic knowledge of the area and were always on hand to advise on where to go and what not to miss! We were in apt 5 which was perfect for 4 Adults and 2 young adults! Very well equipped and spotless!!!!! The pool was fantastic as the weather was so hot and the games room in the evening was great fun for our family.. Perfect location for those who want to see north Italy, we went to Lake Garda, Verona and Venice to name a few!!!! Lots to see and do, we look forward to returning one day 😊

Summary: A great place, we stayed for one week in July 2017 and we would definitely consider going back again. We are a family with 3 children age 7-15, the apartment had a good size (had nr 5), very clean and the surroundings were beautiful. Phil & Sylvia were very helpful and came with surgestion were to go etc. The only think we miss were a balcony - there's a lovely porch but you have to carry everything down when you have a meal. Personally we would prefer an appartment at the ground level next time 😊 Also a great place if you are more family's going together.

Summary: We booked the farm last minute and did so purely from the photo's and reviews. Phil and Sylvie are great hosts and are always there if you need them but leave you to enjoy your holiday in peace. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped with air conditioning if you needed it. The farm has a great shared outdoor space, games room and pool which was lovely at the end of a hot day. We took advantage of the free bikes as there are lots of local villages to explore and there is also a great cycle path all the way to Vicenza. The farm is in a great location and we went to Venice for the day, Lake Garda (via Sylvie's scenic route) and Asiago in the mountains. We loved our morning walk to get coffee and fresh pastries (5 mins) whilst our teenager slept. We ate in most nights but there is a great pizza restaurant nearby with a fantastic ice-cream shop attached. It is open until 10.30 and it seemed to be the Italian thing to do on a hot evening. We definitely need to return as there is so much more to see and do in the area. Great holiday

Summary: This is the second year we have been to Palazzo Rosso and if anything this year was better than last year ! Fantastic accommodation in a peaceful setting and great hosts. Perfect combination for the perfect holiday. Plenty to do nearby including Lake Garda, water parks for the kids and we also went to the Ferrari museum in Modena. Lots of good restaurants as well. The nearest big town is Vicenza which we visited regularly enjoying coffees in the main square. We would definitely go back again.

Summary: This was a lovely place to come back to after visiting all the fantastic places in the region. A perfect marriage of old and new - air conditioning in a beautiful barn conversion- a great pool and a beautiful shaded seating area outside. The organisation is of a high standard; everything is ways clean and tidy so that you can really relax. The owners will try and help you make the most of your time and are good at tailoring their suggestions to the interests of their guests. We loved it.

Summary: Palazzo Rosso is amazing! Phil & Silvy did an amazing job restoring these historic apartments. All the amenities were extremely comfortable and our hosts were very warm and gracious, making sure we felt at home. The property itself was beautiful with amazing vistas of bucolic farmland and mountains. The central location worked as a great location for us during our 9 day stay in January. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks again Phil & Silvy!

Summary: Its just like the painting you see of the peaceful farm with rolling grapevines, it has the most beautiful mornings. The most amazing windows in each room. Each one paints a scenery of the outside. The owners are very hospitable and provided us with fresh eggs in the mornings and sometimes sweet plumbs. We will for sure return.
