plan living spaces that flow out onto a private entertaining balcony, split system air conditioning, modern kitchen and bathrooms. The complex is a short walk toTerrigal Beach, restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping, so park the car and enjoy everything Terrigal has to offer at your fingertips. Enjoy additional beaches at North Avoca and Avoca just a short drive away. The upstairs master bedroom contains king bed, built ins, ensuite and split system air conditioning. Downstairs bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and Bedroom 3 contains a double bed. Access to the small garden area from the downstairs bedrooms.

Summary: Overall a good place to stay - walking distance to Terrigal shops and beach (as long as you don’t mind a very steep hill). Nice big open spaces and a great living and kitchen area. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately the neighbours were a bit painful during our stay with unending phone calls on the balcony and a “very” happy news years day for those on the other side which was a bit of a put off. Also the stairs in this place are brutal, so steep and all kinds of angles and changes in direction - our small dogs fell down them multiple times so we had to just slept downstairs. Master bed comfy but two downstairs mattresses are very thin and cheap. Otherwise a nice place - we felt quite at home here.

Summary: Vila Azul is in a great spot in Terrigal. The house has good basic kitchen needs for a family. The layout is great, you enter in the middle level which has living, dining and kitchen. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Upper level has master with ensuite. Air con on middle level is efficient but the one in master isn’t the best may just need a service. Lower level stays cool and gets a nice sea breeze. I can’t fault this place it was perfect for our family holiday including our furry member. My only gripe is it needs a good dusting around the windows and under the beds. Would definitely stay again. Thanks

Summary: Reasonably clean,except food wrappers behind the couch,there are white ants in living area. During heavy rain water came through windows fittings in master bedroom,we placed towels and dried the windows,then washed and dried towels. Hot water was not available on Saturday afternoon for about 30 minutes or longer,during our 7 days stay there was no hot water in kitchen to hand wash some dishes.

Summary: Great space for a family getaway. Comfortable and a good location. 10 minute walk into Terrigal. Kitchen could possibly do with a few more items to make cooking for a family easier, but otherwise a great property.
