Positive: A beautiful home with everything a family could need both inside and outside. Spacious, comfortable and modern, and a space to park. Patricia and Paulo are helpful and friendly and gave lots of recommendations for restaurants and shops locally and across the island.
Negative: Yes, the road up to the property is a challenge but not impossible and if you are going to explore Madeira by car you will have to manage many hills.

Positive: Fantastic place, new and very comfortable! The top feature of this place is its hosts, done by the owner of the place, a personal touch and not a big company. The BOOKING.COM made an error, and the host, Patricia solved everything, and was allways present and available to make us feel at home. A real friendly and happy to make our stay the best possible, not just a business. i would advise everyone to make a search on google for this place and find the direct contact, to get more info if needed!
Negative: everything is fantastic, no downsides at all! parking is easy, and the road to get there even more!

Positive: The house had everything you could need for a fantastic holiday. It really felt like home and was in a great central location for attractions/amenities. Parking was very good and the pool was great for a quick dip after a busy day. The hosts were lovely people, very communicative and wanted to make sure we were having a great time.

Positive: Beautiful place with 3 rooms with comfortable beds and ensuite bathroom for group of 6 adults. Great that we could barbecue and take a dip in the lovely pool. Very well received by Patricia. Easily accessible and quick to give tips. Ideal place to visit western Madeira.
Negative: Challenging steep road to get there, though. But that is peculiar to Madeira. It is not possible to start a walk from the vila, everything is best done by car.

Positive: Exceptionally clean indoors and out! The pool area is beautiful and private. You are quite close to a number of other properties but the screening is excellent. You have a local supermarket about 200m from the house and Calheta marina with its many restautants and a pingo doce is only a 5 min drive from the property too. We were really lucky with the weather and made the most of all the lovely outdoor furniture. There is a parking spot which belongs to the property.
Negative: Nothing!
Summary: Perfect home....can thoroughly recommend.
