3 Bedroom Villa in Pomerols, Pomérols

Villa of 120m2, with private pool and quiet garden, 3 bedrooms, air conditioning, wifi (operator free)
Outside your holiday home, a terrace with garden furniture and a terrace with a table.
A terrace is in the shade, the other in the sun.
You can enjoy breakfast and meals overlooking the pool. A barbecue is provided for this purpose.
The swimming pool measures 8mx4 meters. Adults have feet. Six sunbaths around the pool will make you appreciate the charm of the place.
The pool is equipped with a bubble box to keep the water temperature at night.
There is no vis-à-vis with the neighborhood, you will immediately feel at home, the villa is completely fenced by high walls.
The pool in this very quiet place is a highlight of my rental in this typical village where it is good to rest.
Interior:
The living room measures 50m2 with American kitchen. It gives access to the two outdoor terraces.
The kitchen area is fully equipped:
ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Senseo coffee maker, classic coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook.
The air conditioning is in the main room which consists of a table for 6 people, a sitting area with two sofas, a TV with Free channels, a DVD player. A baby high chair is also provided.
This house has 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds, 2 in 140, one in 160. A cot umbrella is available. One of the 3 bedrooms is equipped with a shower room.
The bathroom consists of a bath and a toilet.
However there is a second independent toilet in the sleeping area.
Finally a garage where you can get your vehicle and a parking space in front of the garage. A washing machine and a small yard to extend. Laundry.
This small village offers many services such as bakery, tobaccos, pharmacy, U market (with sale of a producer of seashells on Sunday morning!), butcher, grocer, snack bar, hairdresser, local walk on Tuesdays .. we even have tennis lessons just nearby and being at the end of the village a health trail in the middle of vineyards.
Pomerols village in the heart of the vineyards is famous for its cellar Hugues de Beauvignac.
It is located 20 minutes from the beaches of Marseillan beach, but also 30 minutes from Montpellier, Beziers, Sète.
Our region is full of treasures to visit as well as many water activities but also pedestrian.

Summary: A very comfortable, well equipped house with plenty of space for our family of 6. Large sliding doors look out onto the enclosed garden & patio, which includes a covered dining area and BBQ, The house is a short walk to the village centre for the boulangerie & local shops, etc. Lovely beaches & walks just a short drive away.

Summary: Lovely house in quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of Pomerols. House well equipped with everything you need. Great pool though be aware it is quite deep if you are short and a non-swimmer (not us). Lots of places to visit nearby. Cannot recommend too highly.

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed a week's holiday at the villa. Very quiet area; we didnt hear a sound at any point. The villa is well equipped with lots af space for socialising and three very comfortable double beds. Loved the pool. The villa is well placed, around 10 minutes from Marseillan (nice market) and 15 to 20 from the beach at Marseillan plage. Communicating with Helene via Vrbo was a little slow but we wouldn't hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

Summary: We expected not very much due to the cheap costs for renting. But we were very positive surprised. Much nicer as on the pictures. Very clean and comfotable. Only the position is a small minus. Long distance to the hotspots like the beach. But We highly recommend it

Summary: The photos to do not do this villa justice. It was a brilliant place to stay, quiet and not overlooked. The village was three minutes walk to get baguettes in the morning. The surrounding areas are beautiful and it is worth visiting the marinas. The vineyard at the end of Pomérols sells excellent wine. Head there first for a taste before the supermarket! Helene was a great host and very welcoming, would definitely recommend staying here!

Summary: The property was as described and Helena was there to greet us when we arrived. She was very friendly. The area is very nice and quiet. You are not overlooked and we felt safe and secure. Only a few minutes walk and you are in the centre of Pomerols where there is a boulangerie, butcher's and a couple of bars/restaurants. We ate at le Cowboy a couple of times and the food was very good, all home cooked. The only thing that let it down was the bed linen wasn't changed after the first week. This is the first time we have stayed anywhere where we have had the same sheets for two weeks. All in all this was a nice place to stay.
