From time to time, we all need a Change Of View... a time to forget the outside world, if only for a short while... a time to sit and watch as Eagles fly by and, if lucky, see one eye-to-eye... a time to see a magnificent sunset at day's end... a time to watch for a falling star and make a wish...
With plenty of space to relax, enjoy, and spread out in, this 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath condo with a deck overlooking the lake will make a great vacation spot for you. Everything is ready for you... you need only bring your own groceries, personal soaps, detergents, lotions, etc. All linens are provided.
For your entertainment, DirecTV satellite TV is provided along with Internet service. TV's located in Living Room, Master Bedroom #2, and downstairs lounge area.
Pets are not permitted and there is no indoor smoking allowed - though you are welcome to smoke outside.
The spacious living area also has a wet bar - to the left of the fireplace**The dining area is adjacent to both the kitchen and the sitting area off the main living area.**The kitchen/bar area is off the side of the living area and includes necessary dishes, silverware, and cookware. The washer and dryer are located near the Master Bedroom**The Master Bedroom #1has an open area that looks out over the lake. ** bedroom #2 has its own private bath.**The upstairs bedrooms # 2 & 3 are spacious and each has it's own bath.**The downstairs lounge area opens onto a deck overlooking the lake. The second refrigerator is located in this area for easy access to Ice and Water. Ceiling fans are located throughout the Villa and has wall mounted fans on the deck. The natural gas grill will allow you to prepare a meal and eat al fresco while enjoying the lake scene or a lovely sunset.**You have excess to the lakeside deck from the entrance deck at the front door and also from inside the villa. From inside the Villa you have a unbelievable view of Toledo Bend Lake where you can see some of the most Beautiful Sunsets, Full Moon, Eagles Fly, and others enjoying Toledo Bend on the Lake. There is a Powder/1/2 bath to the right of the entrance. A whole-house generator is on standby in case of an occasional power interruption.

Summary: Our 5th annual stay. The only disappointment is temperature of swimming pool water- too warm Realize it's an older pool, with only 2 jets. Thinking an increased water circulation might help.

Summary: The villa was very clean, updated, and spacious with the upstairs and basement rooms. The sunset views are simply amazing, I lived in Hawaii for 10 years with gorgeous views, but the Toledo Bend sunset colors are stunning!

Summary: This property was everything we imagined and more. Very clean, quiet and friendly neighbors. All you need to do is show up with your food you want to cook. There was even a cabinet full of dry spices to use for cooking. The house is very spacious and served it’s purpose for the weekend. We will definitely be back when we are in the area!!
