The living room includes a large comfortable couch, HDTV, and a reclining chair. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed with HDTV, patio access and spectacular lake views. The en suite primary bath has a walk-in shower, jetted tub, double vanity, and large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has an HDTV, queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds. This allows for spacious and comfortable sleeping accommodations for 4 people in the guest bedroom. The villa also has a second full bath in the hallway with a walk-in shower. Finally there is a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and lakefront patio with a grill, dining table, and comfortable seating for a memorable time with family and friends. This gated resort offers condos for rent whether it be long or short term. A very unique aspect about our property is each condo is done to individual owners taste.
The Island on Lake Travis is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing romantic escape, and enjoy wildlife and breathtaking sunset views over the lake. There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at Flat Creek Winery!
When you rent from North Shore Vacation Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condos come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.
We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).

Summary: Positives: This unit has been remodeled as photos show. Location was convenient. Outstanding view. Nice spa area and indoor pool. Negatives are associated with Island complex not the unit. Horrid smell coming from the lake waterfalls. Not sure but our best guess. This rendered the balcony virtually unusable. It was extremely hot out there until the sun was down and when you could sit out it stunk. So that was disappointing. The Island absolutely needs to address this! The pool needed a complete redo. Not enough pool furniture. We actually were thinking about buying a unit. We nixed that idea due to the smell and the pool condition. The island is old so prices of units reflect it. We enjoyed ourselves but unfortunately we won't be repeat customers.

Summary: In this photo it looks like the lake is just outside the condo. You cannot get to the lake and there was nothing to do but sit on the patio and look at the water. The lake is a 50 ft drop straight down. The condo could use some updating especially the wi-fi it was impossible! It felt like we were staying at grandma's house. We cut our trip short and went home.

Summary: Stunning property! Cute, clean villa with breathtaking views of Lake Travis. Most surprising & favorite part for my kids was how friendly the deer were. Had a blast feeding them.

Summary: Wanted a quick getaway with the family before school started. This place was beautiful and spacious for our family of 5. The grounds were clean and the pool was relaxing. My kids loved looking at the deer and a resident there gave my kids some feed for them, that was the highlight of their trip. Definitely coming back!
