If you are looking for a couple of nights away to enjoy some peace and quiet, or if you are joining some friends for a golfing weekend, look no further than Villa 27. It is ideally located with easy access to the golf club, and the village of Kangaroo Valley with restaurants, cafes and shopping is just a few minutes’ drive away.

Where will I be?
Villa 27 is located at the Kangaroo Valley Golf Course. It is a 5 minute drive into the heart of Kangaroo Valley Village.

Villa 27 is in a prime location for golf enthusiasts, with easy access to the Kangaroo Valley golf course. Even if golf is not your thing, you will be comfortable in this well equipped villa with beautiful views of the Kangaroo Valley escarpment.
How is the property laid out?
Villa 27 is perfectly sized for 2 people. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, a recently renovated bathroom and a lounge room with TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a full oven, toaster, kettle and microwave.
Note that the property has tank water only that is not potable. Drinking water is provided to guests.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix, or Pay TV - will I have it?
This particular property does not offer WiFi. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, it's best to use your smartphone only during your stay or find a local cafe that offers free WiFi. The Holidays Collection is committed to getting all owners to provide WiFi at their property, but this is still work in progress!
What about outdoors?
Villa 27 has a great front deck that overlooks the golf course. It is the perfect place to sit back and relax!
Staying warm or keeping cool?
There is reverse cycle air conditioning for year round comfort. There is also a ceiling fan in the bedroom.

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Summary: Beautiful situation. The lock box was difficult to get into as it is very high on the wall and I'm short. The door lock is dicky and the tap over the kitchen sink is leaking. The bedroom was lovely.

Summary: It was a beautiful spot to base ourselves in the lead-up for our wedding. I was a little surprised how close the other cabins were to ours but from the balcony you feel secluded. Lovely little cottage and would happily stay there again.

Summary: Clean and comfortable property, was exactly as shown and described when booking, easy check in with lock box for key, would love to have stayed another couple of nights. Nice having a wine and watching the sunset on the balcony. Thank you for a really nice and relaxing first time experience down in Kangaroo Valley.

Summary: Lovely spot. Charming little cabin. Great bed and shower. Generally well equipped. Kitchen supplies could be improved with the addition of gladwrap, paper towel, kitchen scissors and more than one tea towel!! Also owners need to update manual.. .. directions for recycling etc out of date.
