The house is 4 meters from the beach, with a superb view of the Diamond Rock. It is really close to the sea a few steps away and has recently included a small pool. The house is both in the city so close to shops and at the bottom of a dead end overlooking the sea so quiet and not overlooked.

Summary: This was our second time staying at this beautiful property. It is located directly on the beach in the lovely village of Le Diamant. Restaurants, shops, and the market are all within easy walking distance. The house is well-equipped and very comfortable with a beautiful outdoor patio, garden, and pool area. The sound of the ocean waves lulls you to sleep. To top it all off, the property owners are wonderful people - extremely helpful and responsive. We plan to stay at this property again.

Summary: The hosts Nano and Grislaine are wonderful and attentive hosts and were there to make everything work out smoothly. I have not experienced better hosts at any rental property, anywhere in the world. The house itself is somewhat outdated, with need for many improvements. The kitchen and bedrooms need updating, but the bath is very nice with a recent total remodel. Yet, when our stay was over, we came to the conclusion it was still comfortable and the view is world-class. The location is good for visiting any of the southern Martinique beaches and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Summary: For my husband and I, it was our first time in Martinique and we couldnโ€™t hope for more from our gracious hosts. We were welcomed with amuses-bouche snd cocktail from Martinique. Jean-Claude told us about the islandโ€™s culture and main attractions. The house itself is very clean and well appointed, but we didnโ€™t spend much time inside, we sat on the beach which is few steps away from the house. There is hardly anybody on the white sand beach which doesnโ€™t require watershoes as it is sand as far as you can walk. The location is also perfect. The is a convenience store near the house and the market is a short walking distance (15 minutes). The street has many good restaurants but you want to go to The Voile Blanche which is 20 steps away from the house. We will comeback! Isabelle et Franรงois

Summary: We had an incredible stay at Le Diamant! The location on the island could not have been better- right on the beach which is amazing for walking- in town with lots of restaurants, shops and, most importantly- the Boulangerie! The cottage is comfortable with three nicely-sized bedrooms, a large, newly renovation bathroom and an additional toilet in a separate water closet. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking and picnic preparations- plus there is a grill outside that we used to grill up local fresh fish while overlooking Le Diamant Rock. We enjoyed the plunge pool while relaxing at the cottage and there is an outdoor shower to use after swimming in the waves. We loved the house and the location couldnโ€™t be better- but what made us feel the most welcomed were our hosts Nano and Ghislaine! They welcomed us to their vacation home, showed us around and toasted the beginning of our Martinique vacation with Ti punch! We even had a wonderful dinner with them later in the week - we were able to practice our French and Ghislaine could practice her English! We hope to have them visit when they head to the US or close by Montreal! Wonderful hosts and wonderful house in a wonderful setting. We cannot wait to return!

Summary: Nano and Chislaine are the Perfect hosts. The beach is as advertised literally at the front gate..Diamante is a quaint little seaside village with plenty of shops,and restaurants within easy walking distance. I would recommend Villa Sur Plage to anyone and we look forward to returning.

Summary: We had a great stay. The villa is really on the beach, it's nice to hear the sound of the waves. It's clean and very well organized, had everything that we needed. The garden is very nice and private, the pool is clean and good for refreshing. There are shops, restaurant, boulangeries very close to the house. Nano and Ghislaine were very helpfull and nice with us. Definitely to recommend.

Summary: Nano and Ghislaine were genial hosts welcoming us with Ti Punch cocktails and accra. The the villa is set in a pretty garden within a short walking distance of shops, restaurants etc. but overlooking the sea at the end of a dedicated drive, giving privacy. It was wonderful going to sleep listening to the sound of the sea. Watching the birds and the lizards drink at the feeder by the pool was very relaxing and there was a lovely scent from one of the plants by the pool in the evening. The villa is clean, comfortable and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.
