Positive: The house was nicely built. Good size bedrooms, bathrooms and showers exceptionally nice. Kitchen and seating area were just right. The backyard has an incredible waterview with a beautiful sunset. The property was very clean and not far from town.

Positive: This villa had everything we needed and more. We were a family that needed three separate bedrooms which was one reason I selected it. This villa was very spacious and allowed everyone to feel they had their own private space. The master bedroom upstairs was huge with a beautiful view of the water. I realize it might be a random thing to notice/care about but the windows were really a nice quality and shutters easy to open and close. The other bedrooms were nice size and each has a bathroom so no need to share. On top of that, there is an extra bathroom by the front door. The kitchen had everything we needed - we cooked breakfast but that was about it. Coffee machine worked great which is essential. Wifi worked great. We all sat and watched a movie on the large TV in the front area after a long day of exploring the island. The villa was very clean and everything was in perfect condition. We walked about 5 minutes max down to the water and hung out at our own private beach - swimming in the sea without any concerns - beach is very appropriate for children, sand on a gradual slope into the water. We took a longer walk about 15/20 minutes to the town/beach (Agios Prokopios) which had lots of things to see. Plenty of eating options along the beach, shops to browse, and a small very busy grocery store. This villa is set away from the town so it is extremely quiet and peaceful. We didn't have any problems so no need to contact management. Bonus on top was the nice supply of items in the frig and cupboards that were waiting for us. I would definitely recommend VILLA AGAPITOS - the photos on the listing are very true to life.
Negative: Really everything was so nice and met our expectations (actually exceeded them) it is hard to complain about anything. The only thing that would have made this a bit easier for us was if they had a clothes washer. We did some hiking which left us with very dirty sweaty clothes that would have been nice to machine wash. We ended up rinsing them out and hang drying on the provided drying rack. Also, not an issue for us but should be noted for others, there are a ton of cats on many of the islands. The cats in this location came around (probably hoping for food) and enjoyed the outside furniture as much as we did - meaning in the morning you will find cat hair on all of the lounges/seats. Nothing bothersome for us.

Positive: Great property - there were only 2 of us and we really enjoyed our stay. There were lots of great seating areas in and outdoors, which we really enjoyed. Great views, very relaxing place to watch the sunset. Hot tub was great for some cool evenings. Nice amenities such as coffee pods, fresh fruits and some other food, towels we could take to the beach. Hosts were great - met us at the property for checkin and out which was easy to coordinate. We didn't have a car/ATV and walked to and from Agios Prokopias and this worked great for us, as we liked the walking - it took us about 25ish min walking to get to the beach chairs with restaurants. Note there were other chairs/beachfront that were closer, we just liked the ones with full restaurants. We took a taxi back one of the nights after having dinner in town, which was quick and easy but walked several other nights.
Negative: There wasn't a washing machine so listing should be updated to reflect that.
